No stock

Ordered a new earth globe in January. Shortly afterwards I get an email saying they have a supply delay and therefore the globe will only be dispatched mid March. Last day of March I phone up to ask when the globe might arrive, only to be told it’s still not in stock so I cancel order.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service! They said my order was delivered and is not delivered. This was suppose to be my son’s gift for this holidays! What should I do now!! I did not receive this! Return me my money!!

Very good

I ordered a Skywatcher newton telescope and it arrived on time (little less than a week) and in working order. This was my first time ordering from Astroshop.be (I’m Dutch) and I will for sure continue to do so when I need something to else from them! 🙂

The website was easy to navigate and it got loads of useful information. Very good.

Didn’t ship all the parts ordered, but charged me anyway

Ordered a kit costing several thousand euros. One of the accessory parts was not available when I ordered. They gave me the option to receive what they had in stock and the accessory part would we available in 2 months. When I followed up on the missing part in 2months, they claim it was shipped to me! I’m out $200 euros because of their shoddy practices.

Advice

I tried to get advice about first teleskop for my son. I used email but answers were very short. I can compare to the situation when you asking "x" Cars dealer - what is the best car in your portfolio. The answer is car "X". After this, I tried to chat through a phone. No answer at all. Very bad customer service. It was shop in Warsaw.

Catastrophic

Catastrophic : I bought an azimuth mount at 500 euros unfortunately with cracks on the vertical and horizontal heads of the mount. Despite photos of the structural defect, Astroshop uses arbitrary excuses to evade the law and refuses to apply the legal warranty. I am forced to file a complaint to request the termination of the contract because the communication is non-existent. Astroshop is DELETING negative reviews on its site. Do not buy from them: it is neither more nor less than a bunch of dishonest thiefs.

I had only good experience

I had only good experience. I have been purchasing on astroshop.eu for year and a half now and I have left them over 1500€ in that period. Everytime I purchased something it came in normal time. Whenever I sent an email to customer support, they responded normaly.

No issues

I recently purchased a RedCat 51 from Portugal and it arrived sooner than expected.
I also contacted the customer services and they replied back in no time.
Everything went very well for me.

Promptly corrected shipping error.

Having previously purchased several small accessories from astroshop without issue, I finally felt confident enough to place a bigger order (full-frame cooled cmos camera, filter wheel and filter sets). That is, of course, at that moment that I got a problem: my delivery was incomplete, missing some filters. I confess I did stress a bit given the trust rating they have here. It turns out I was wrong to worry as, two days after I complained, they apologized for the error and shipped the missing filters. It is only when problems occur that you know if an e-commerce site is reliable. So far, astroshop hasn't lost my confidence.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service.
Customers need to organise everything for them..
Had to wait several days to get simple answer back and do not provide any follow up email or etc..

Very disappointed.
Will never purchase anything from this website again.

Terrible service

Terrible service, lack of communication, empathy, they do not solve the problem posed and are rude. Even if you try to explain them, they look the other way around. They do not make VAT refund for non-UE residents (others as Amazon or Astropolar does) on online purchases. If you have an alternative to buy, do not buy on this shop

I ordered 2 different pallets from…

I ordered 2 different pallets from Astra Shop. One was a 2 piece basic box & a super box the other was a super sized pallet. These two contained unclaimed returned items from Amazon, Walmart, & Target, I paid $65.00+ on each pallet & never got neither one. They took my money!! It’s been almost 3 months now. They say these items were delivered. They were not. These people are doing business under astra shop & wonderful. Supposedly the company is located in Washington DC. They give a phone # but it is not a free call!! Scammers!!
