We visited the Regent Street shop. The shop was quite busy, plenty of seating for customers but some staff were busier than others. Irene was the assistant that took care of what I was looking for. There were so many bags to choose from. At present I use the London Medium size which I fit EVERYTHING in - it's heavy!! I purchased two bags and was very happy with my choices. Irene packaged my bags beautifully and did try to keep it small as we were journeying on the train and didn't want oversized bags etc. Thank you Irene, I am sure we will back. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Aspinal of London. I placed an order over 8 days ago, and it is still marked as "in process" without any updates on shipment. Despite multiple inquiries, they refuse to issue a refund, claiming the item has been dispatched.
I requested a refund because I needed the item urgently for a wedding, but now I am unable to attend my honeymoon as I have not received it. Their customer service has been dismissive, offering no resolution or clear information.
This situation has caused me significant stress, and I am now disputing the charge for the £450 order. I strongly advise others not to shop with them due to their poor service and handling of customer issues.

Great time on the site
I had been looking for this specific items for a couple of years. I had bought a couple to make sure it was what I wanted before spending a large amount of money. I saw this on you tube, on "live life loud" and went straight to the site, it was such a simple site. It found it immediately and chose the one i wanted. It was perfect and just for good measure it was in the sale. Great experience. It arrived on time and is absolutely exactly what I thought it would be. Can give it a high enough rating great.

Superb Products in Quality and Design
I've bought a few items from Aspinal over the years and have always been impressed with the quality and style of their products. I love the attention to detail and the care takes in all aspects of the items. The luxury gift wrap really makes the purchase too. Whilst I normally buy for myself I always get the gift wrap as it makes the items feel just that little bit more luxurious. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company and its products to anyone.

Incredible phone customer service from Bradley
I've bought a few items from AoL in the past and have always been impressed by the quality of the products. Recently I ordered X2 Small leather wallets but forgot to include gift wrap on my order. I called the Customer Service line, didn't wait long to speak to an advisor! Bradley was very helpful and accommodating on the phone. He arranged for me to receive 2 boxes for my order and acted very quickly and professionally. This was one of the best phone customer service I've received. I'm really grateful for the brilliant service and will definitely ramp up my orders with AoL from now on!

The excellent customer service from Barbara. However, the earrings were so tiny that I did not remove them from the box because of concern that I would drop them. Adding the measurement or further describing the item for online purchase would prevent the necessity to return them. I am hoping the return process will be a positive one.
