This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam! Insurance companies use them to process claims and they DON'T PAY! I deny patient care and deny providers payment. I am not sure how they get away with stealing all this money from everyone, and nothing is ever done! It has been going on for years!

ASHN sucks, steer clear of these clowns!

In 25 years working as a chiropractor, I have never come across a more obstructive, inefficient, and corrupt organization. To anyone considering purchasing health insurance that is managed by this network group, I would highly recommend that you reconsider and go in a different direction. They will deny much-needed care, and make it impossible for your doctors to provide the care that you need.

Bottom of the barrel

Pay is the lowest of all insurance management companies. They also harass you about recredentialing as a provider, non-stop, very unprofessional and constantly give deadlines a few days out. Why any insurance chooses them is beyond me.

Thanks for sharing your feedback – we’d love the opportunity to improve your experience and perspectives. Reimbursement rates are developed comprehensively from multiple factors including competitive industry and market data. Providers always have the choice to accept the rates if they desire to become participating (in-network). We are sorry to hear that our follow-ups for recredentialing have not been well-received. We maintain URAC and NCQA accreditation, which requires timely recredentialing every 2 years in most states – it is our desire to ensure you do not experience a lapse in participation that could inconvenience you or your patients. We would love the opportunity to speak with you directly if you are willing to email us at ashsocial@ashn.com. Include your name, phone number, and the best date/time to reach out in your message.

Unfair treatment of a senior citizen

I am a senior citizen with a Medicare Advantage Plan that offers me a free home exercise kit every year through Silver and Fit, an ASH company. I ordered a kit on January 5; as of today (Feb 20) I still have not received it. I tried calling them and no one answered. I emailed them; they told me to wait longer. Then they said they re-ordered the kit; I received neither. I keep emailing them; they told me to call the manufacturer myself! Their vendor, but they want me to call them! I did so; they couldn't get anywhere with ASH either. They sent me a USPS tracking number that appears to be non operational. On Feb 14, I emailed them again and they told me I had to wait another 30 days while they "investigated." I finally filed a complaint with the BBB. ASH called me today and asked me all the questions I had already answered several times--a complete waste of my time. I asked them why they have to spend all this time figuring out what happened to the original order, and the second order--why don't they just send me the order and then they can take all the time they need to figure out what happened on their end. I am a senior citizen, and all I know is that I pay for Medicare and my Advantage Plan every month; this is a benefit to which I was entitled on Jan 1, and they are making me wait nearly an entire calendar quarter to receive what I was entitled to at the beginning of the year.
