Impossible to work with these people

I needed oxygen in the home, so a concentrator was ordered. They were to call shortly before arrival but arrived unannounced a full hour before the proposed 5 hour time frame. They did not give me the humidifying water bottle and tube, only went to their truck to get it only upon my request. "Are you sure that you want it?" The first 14 days, the air smelled dusty. I called and was told that it must be my imagination because "they always replace the filter and clean thoroughly". One night after 6 weeks, no oxygen came through the tubing. The machine sounded normal. There was simply no oxygen from the tube, nor bubbling up through the water. A couple days later, it worked for three days, then quit sending oxygen. Contacting A&R twice, they refused to service the machine or exchange it. Finally, I insisted that they collect it, which they did on the 16th, however, they insist that they have a right to bill me for a full 2 months. And it appears that they have done so, pulling it off my debit card.
