I was very disappointed with the quality of the cups. The web site said the manufacturer was "Planit Engineering" which I received on previous orders. The cups I received are not made by Planit Engineering and are a soft cheep plastic that my parrots can chew and destroy in a matter of days.

My order was shipped very quickly, and well packaged. I had no problems with the site. All the items I had been looking for were found in this store. Thank you for such fine service. I will be back for more toys after my cockatoo finishes with these.

The transaction itself was efficient and quick delivery but the product sadly didn't state correct sizing. I bought an opti-visor for my chihuahua - she had eye surgery and will be vision impaired after. I thought it would be something wonderful to protect her eyes if she walked into something but sadly, even following the sizing specifications it does not fit her. Because I put it together (of course to see if it fit) my understanding is it cannot be returned.

I bought two dog collars and a lead that I saw on ArcataPet's website. The color and size that I wanted are difficult to find both locally and on the internet. The collars and lead arrived within 2-3 days after ordering them and they are exactly as shown and advertised -- and what I wanted. I would not hesitate recommending ArcataPet.

We have a cage with the old aluminum door feeders and they looked awful after many years of use. The plastic replacements fit perfectly and stand up to our African Greys abuse!

I recently purchased some stress free vitamins for my cockatiel in advance of a forthcoming move to travel. I tested the drops out on him and he seemed to be much calmer than usual, so I feel this product will be very beneficial for the long flight cross country. It took several tries even to find the drops, but ArcataPet.com had exactly what I needed. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this to anyone in my situation.

I was not to sure of the size of the muzzle I had to order and I ended up ordering one that was too small.
But they gladly accepted the return and I ordered another size which arrived just in time for the training we had scheduled for my dog.

I ordered a moisturizing spray for my bird's feathers and it arrived very quickly. I have only been using it for a brief time, so we'll see if it works well or not. Arcata offered good customer service and a nice selection of items for all types of pets.

Was looking for vitamins for my birds,normally pay 25$ a bottle found them at ArcataPet ordered half the price then at bird store had them in 2 days. Excellent service!
