Repeat Customer, still 5 STARS
I had an opportunity to use Arborist USA again and am happy to continue support of my 5 star rating of this company and their services. I had a LARGE (very tall & broad) healthy tree split 1/3 and fall from trunk line as a result of the heat & lack of rain this summer just drying it out. The other 2/3 of tree was not salvageable for number reasons so this was a total removal including stump. BIG job. In addition Joshua generously offered to remove an existing stump on property. I couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of the services provided me. Firstly I had to call on a Sunday and Joshua was timely & respectful in responding to my message. Henry was out of town so I was able to meet Joshua in-person for 1st time when he came out the next day to assess and provide an estimate. He was as professional & courteous in person as he's always been on the phone, a true gentleman in every way. We discussed the options, he provided me a very reasonable price as always, and we set up the job for the next day. The crew arrived on time, was expert in their work and respectful in every way. I was pleased to see Roman again as he supervised the project. He and the crew were all amazing... expert, safe, courteous, communicative and professional on a 110-degree day! I have Arborist on speed dial and am grateful for the fair pricing and superior service they provide. When necessary that is an easy call to make, both literally and in judgement.
