Replacement of the water intake valve…

Replacement of the water intake valve on a Maytag washer...the instructions were clear and straightforward. Only objection was the removal of the control panel with a putty knife. I ended up going from the back with 50 lb. Fishing line to undo one clip and then using a small cake icing knife to undo the second.

This is the best parts company I have…

This is the best parts company I have ever worked with. I don't know how it could be easier. The videos are great and I had no trouble understanding them. The prices are reasonable also. They were to fix a 5 year old Whirlpool refrigerator in our rent house. We bought a new one and then decided to try to fix the other one, so we hope that works out. Thanks, Marvin

Chat is sketchy

Chat is sketchy, you can't enter anything until the AI bot tells you to, then it is form response. It said I got to a human, but I doubt it.
Tax was an even $5 for a $54 item, VERY high rate that does not apply here. I suspect they just flat rate things and keep the change, a good profit. Hope I get the right product because I am fearful of dealing with them on a return.
Spoke with customer service Sally and she was nice, defended the tax flat rate and high shipping saying they don't keep any extra but I think she does not know.

horrible customer service

horrible customer service, they cancel my order and hung up the phone on me. so rude. I called back and the operator wasn't much better, except at least she didn't hang up on me. they couldn't explain their shipping issue, and they lost patience cause I couldn't understand the why. Life is too short to deal with people like that.
