I was skeptical but…
After reading some negative reviews I went crazy messaging them on multiple accounts that they have, a text to a phone number I found for them and I received responses from every account. (I felt kind of crazy afterwards) Customer Service was top tier! They gave me updates on my custom order along with a timeline for a possible delivery date once production was done. They also sent me pics/ videos of my piece once it was finished and before they shipped it which I really appreciate. Once it got here, WOW!!! Literally loved it and so did my husband, which was super important to me since it was for him. I will definitely shop with them again! Like any custom jewelry piece, it takes time, so just be patient and wait for greatness. Sarah was my designer and I’d love for her to take care of me again! Thanks Aporro 💛

I have ordered a product from them April 23rd, 2025 and I haven’t got a email or text back yet. I have texted 3 different numbers that they have and emailed their support line and also dm their instagram. Nobody is telling me nothing. Don’t buy from them, you will regret it

I ordered some hoop earrings but got the wrong size. Turned out medium was too big for me so I emailed customer service twice and have gotten nothing back. I even called their number multiple times...nothing. It really sucks man, all I wanted was a smaller size. :(

this is honestly the worst company to…
this is honestly the worst company to order stuff from. they give nothing but excuses and the run around. they don’t answer phone calls nor whatsapp messages. i paid extra for the expedited shipping and they told me they don’t have that option. they told me my item was delivered gave me a tracking number just to find out that nothing was even sent to the post office. i will never order from this company again and i’ll advise whoever wants to don’t. just horrible.

Total rip off
After waiting almost a month without a real track and trace it finally came. I ordered two chains. One isnt the one i ordered and something completly wrong and different from what i have ordered. And on top off that it looks like plastic. Should not recommend anyone to buy here!

Sending different item
1 of the 3 products ordered was wrong. The incoming cargo was fast but the wrong product arrived. I have been trying to return and replace the wrongly sent product for 70 days but this process is still not successful. E-mail and customer service are very late. They only send an apology e-mail for the mistake they made. ——- Winnie and Daisy tried to solve my dissatisfaction and problems as much as they could. Thanks

Horrible Communication and Service

They said that the warehouse told them that it would be restocked on Saturday January 11, 2025. Today is Sunday January 12, 2025 and I have been trying to reach someone via WhatsApp and absolutely no one has responded as of yet. The communication of this business is horrible and they really need to do better.
