Great prices and very professional team

I purchased two paintings and several vases from Antique Arena and had a great experience. The process was smooth, and I was able to pick up the items myself without any issues. The best part is that I got everything at a very reasonable price. I’m really happy with my purchase and wish the company continued success!

"Discarted" an historical item

I brought a signature for over 1000$ and their shipping company "discarted It"
This shipping company wanted to charge me 500$ for the shipping.

Thankfully they have said that I can keep the low quality picture I have received.

Fraud!!

Fraud!!! $51,200 ANTIQUE ARENA AUCTIONS

I purchased a David Hockney – Paper Pools original lithograph from Antique Arena on 22nd April 2023. I paid $51,200 including fees. Instead of receiving an original lithograph that was described in their catalogue. I received a photocopy of the original where the numbering, signature and dry stamp have been forged. Realising the sent item was forged I took the item to Bonhams auction house in London who confirmed it was a reproduction and not an original.

DO NOT DEAL WITH ANTIQUE ARENA AUCTIONS!!!

Antique Arena Inc. and LiveAuctioneers

In reference to my other review on Trustpilot, the story continues: In july 2020 I won an item in a different auction house, but a "technocal error" gave highest bidder to someone else. Frustration and anger, but no other explanation from the auction house. In july 2021, one year later, the very same item comes up for auction and again I win. Or so I thought: When the shipping company came to pick up the item, it was "apparently lost". "So sorry, full refund etc". WHAT ARE THE ODDS ? I have no delicate words for my disappointment and frustration regarding LiveAuctioneers and associates, in this case Antique Arena Inc. The entire matter is as surreal as it gets and furthermore I get no detailed information. Think twice when dealing with these "auction houses". You might never se the item you have won...!
