The support was excellent. An unexpected cause of failing system was diagnosed by email.

I have owned an Annke security system for almost two years, with great success. Two weeks ago, it would no longer function. It appeared to be the main recorder box as there was power to the unit and the unit would not show its welcome screen (a step before the disk access begins). Annke suggested it might be the 12V 2A power supply. I replaced it with a 12V 3A supply (all that I had at hand) and the unit returned to normal operation. It would appear that while the old supply was not DEAD, it was not able to supply the power level required. My thanks to the techs at Annke who offered that suggestion, quickly and accurately.

Ordered the DVR/NVR and it worked out…

Ordered the DVR/NVR and it worked out of the box. The only thing I would say is setting up email you need to understand the Google email requirements for Apps now and you have to set up the email with this in mind. Search for apps for google email.

Great system and customer service

Have being using Annke products for years never a problem and if there was there customer support is very good, quick to respond and delt with very fast, I ve just installed the H1200 from Annke and it's absolutely brilliant it's just as good as some of the high end CCTV system, all in all a great service and quality products.
