Angus MacKinnon are absolutely outstanding. They collected my car dropped me a courtesy car at the same time. Kept in touch all the way through. The bodywork repairs were second to none. A beautiful job, also my car came back washed cleaned and hoovered inside. Top bodywork shop carry on the good work guys. 10/10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is the best car sales company I have ever dealt with, they are up there with the best, bought our Qashqai, Matt went through everything and when the car was delivered we were thrilled. We had a little unforeseen issue with the car, which was no fault of the company, this was dealt with swiftly by Matt and the service team, the after sales is second to non , I have complete confidence in highly recommend if you looking for a new or used car, try these guys first

Great service from these guys in Uttoxeter today. Smooth and easy drop off and collection. They kept me updated on progress and even sent a video of the inspection of the car. Will definitely be using them again.

I had pre booked an MOT in Cheadle for 14:30, arrived 10 minutes early and waited, Just before 14:30 the technician comes over smirking and tells me I am too early, I showed him the E mail confirmation and was told "not my fault I work on the hour, go for drive and come back at 3" Well i went for the drive but it was not a return journey

I have been to other so called Land Rover specialists but Angus Mackinnon are by far the best thank you for sorting out the issue that no body else could Jake in the service department was fantastic so was Tina for her professionalism i can not fault this company will be using them from now on.

I had booked my discovery to come in for a service and mot. Booked a courtesy car as I needed to get to work and I live 45 minute drive away. Got there at 9am to be told the courtesy car wasn't back yet. Offered to drop me off at work which is 30 minute drive away. I figured this would be OK as they would drop my car off afterwards and the courtesy car would just be sat at work all day anyway. They then assigned a valeter to drop us off IN MY OWN CAR!!!!
So I had left early to travel the 45 minute drive to Angus mackinnon to pick up a valeter to drive me to work and drive my car back again the other 30 minute drive to then have it returned to me on another 30 minute drive!!!!! I decided this was not to be so dropped the valeter back and told them I'd not bother with the service. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the service guy jake at least made an effort to discuss the issue with me. But this was a huge pain in my life for 24 hours whilst I found a local garage to service and mot my car.

Had a massive problem with my automatic SEAT Ibiza which meant it had to go off to a gearbox specialist. I already had it booked in for an aircon service and regas. Six-star service from Angus MacKinnon - Chris went above and beyond to help my partner and me stay mobile. The car is running well now, and they even fitted in the aircon work the day it came back from the gearbox specialist. Really grateful for my help.

Circumstances changed and I needed to sell my car. Having got strong prices from the national online candidates (chip shortages/pandemic) I reached out to Angus Mackinnon due to them being local. I was pleasantly surprised with the additional 15% offered and the no deductions for transaction fees, stone chips or grazed wheels! The overall experience was first class thank you.

I was working in the area and had a strange message in my car about the battery. I went in and Jake Atkinson came out and checked my battery for me. He warned that whilst it would need changing soon, it wasn't urgent and that I would get home okay.

The point is this: they could have stung me for expensive repairs, but they chose to give me free advice. This is a trustworthy company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

What can I say..? Aside Superb, amazing and just an absolute pleasure to deal with! No pressure, not the usual kind of dealer, and were so accommodating.

Had the fortune of dealing with Matt, and he is just so friendly, helpful and communicative, it was a breath of fresh air. I had been searching for a new car for ages, and to find the perfect one with these guys was a pleasure.

I really would not hesitate in using again and again. I am in sales, and their approach is perfect.

Bought a vehicle and wasn't informed that it had a defect. When questioned, their head of workshop stated that it was normal. The finance company stepped in and the car dealership tried to fix what they said "was a normal issue". Got the car back after a month...with the same issue. Never going to do business with them again.

It's not the point of sale that defines a company it's how they deal with problem's. I have purchased several cars from Angus MacKinnon and it's always been professional no pressure sales, with very honest and straight forward staff which I have found really easy to deal with. My last vehicle had a few niggles (it's a secondhand car after all) and the guys at Angus went above and beyond to get it sorted. You can buy with confidence at Angus Mackinnon

old school car dealers who care and put customers before profit no preasure selling and really fantastic after sale service even got a call a week later making sure I was happy with the car
