All bikes shipped from our facility are inspected by our mechanics to make sure that you receive a bike in great working order. Our inspection also activates your FULL warranty without having to take the bike to a licenced dealer for final assembly. When you call in, there are no long option menus to reach a real person. When we pick up you'll talk to a real cyclist right here in the San Diego California. We're all bike people here with years of knowledge, experience, and a love for riding.
