I was on the phone for nearly 1 hour and given the run around on service different than I desired. I had to terminate the call because the service rep would not stop talking. I then called Xfinity direct and set up internet service in 20 mins.

Misrepresentative and limited call service
An Allconnect representative implied an optional fee would eventually be required for service. Also, there was a service provided on the website but not seen by the representative in the system. Then the representative affirmed that the option was not available even though another customer service line provided the option in a follow up call. Overall, the representative was overly concerned in placing an order over the phone, despite a mismatch between their system and the company website, but they were helpful in explaining the requested services from Spectrum.
