If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires a Deposit, and need to cancel after your scheduled arrival date, your Deposit will be refunded in the form of a Credit to your account, but the Service Fee will not be refunded. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires full payment at checkout, we are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date. For full payment lots, please be sure to cancel before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund.

I arrived at 10AM at LAX

I arrived at 10AM at LAX. The shuttle was not coming around, I used three different phone numbers before one worked. The guy that answered was not receptive at all, he said to wait, it will be there. about 45 minut4s in our shuttle did come by, but drove right past us and waved back at me as she did. After and hour and fifteen minutes, a young couple who was also waiting, and I took a Holiday Inn shuttle, it is across the street from the parking place.i was delayed a few hours on my flight, so I suggested to the guy at the gate we call it a wash and he let me go. He babbled something about how it was probably because of traffic. The JOE's shuttles past me three times while I waited. He went off on me about it's my fault I am late and I was blaming the shuttle. No, I was saying he was late and nowhere near the every "15 minutes" as it states on their website. I paid an additional $16.35 and he allowed me to leave. I usually park at 105 but I can tell you 405 will never get my business again. I will be looking for a full refund, due to the shuttle being so late, I also missed my daughters soccer game, Oh there were two other shuttle parked at the end of the street.

You dropped me off in C terminal and pointed to the sign in c terminal where you would pick up. When my flight was canceled there was no number to call or anyway to communicate with a person that I was heading to pick up. After 45 minutes of waiting I was told you only pick up in terminal A and i walked a long distance to the train and took it to A and found a shuttle there. You should be able to get ahold of a live person and also you should say in your text EXACTLY where you are picking up.

Not as advertised

The wait for the shuttle return from the airport to the parking lot was twice the time advertised. I waited one and a half hours to be picked up from the airport as several full vans passed those of us waiting. Calls to the phone number provided went unanswered. Directions on the confirmation email and over the phone, once answered, were incorrect, requiring much unnecessary walking. The vans to and from were both in poor condition with dirty seats and missing seatbelts. It was a holiday weekend, but that didn’t cause the majority of the issues. Someone in charge of scheduling severely dropped the ball. Although certainly less expensive, I cannot recommend this service.

Not contactless compatible. Needs printer

Would not recommend. They let you book and after the confirmation and payment that’s when they let you know you have to print your confirmation to be able to access parking. When I’m booking last minute it’s inconvenient to try to find a printer. Hence I booked with another website that accepted reservations via devices/ QR codes.

Scam?

Hello,
When I left parking structure at end of my reservation the gate did not let up.
I called the 919-948-3503 on the sign.
Initially phone representative stated I OWED $86.00. When I questioned why, and stated I had a reservation# as well as a receipt, representative did not acknowledge my statement and repeatedly advised I owed $86.00, then transferred me to another department that advised the same thing...? I explained I was driving and would need to call back.
I believe calling the # on the information board at the exit gate connected me to scammers, which is rather disturbing. Otherwise my previous experiences with airport parking has been satisfactory.
