Out of stock item and I had to reach out to get it resolved....
I've been waiting 3 weeks for my item to ship and I finally reached out to see what was going on, only for them to tell me the item was out of stock and to pick something else. Were they just never going to reach out to me and take my money? I think I should have been given a discount for this or offered a refund instead of having to pick something else out.
