Sandra was extremely helpful in listening to us and then taking our ideas for our trip to Chile and working them into an itinerary with an our price range. Her knowledge of the country, her enthusiasm, her prompt in responding to our questions all made this an excellent experience.

Clara the agent answered all my questions. She was pleasant and communicated to email in a timely way.
I had read about the ship on line and wanted to go to a country we have not been to before. They also offer assist with airfare if needed. I was cc'd with her after the registration. All went smoothly, no issues.

The Adventure Life website provides a wonderful amount of trip choices and then I was impressed when the trip planner provided a few more options. While I may have missed these options on my search, I learned enough to help the trip planner narrow down what was of interest to me.

Our country guide Guerlin and each of our local guides across the country were superlative. The instructions for obtaining visas were very clear and the pre-trip questions we asked were promptly answered. Our itinerary was well selected. The American dollar is much more acceptable to everyone in Cuba than the Cuban peso. It is unwise to change your money to pesos. Apparently, Americans are required to stay in a particular hotel when they are in Havana, Fortunately, outside of Havana one can stay in casitas or private farm based bed-and-breakfast lodgings with very delicious large dinners as well as the breakfasts.

Nicaragua is fantastic and Adventure Life made it easy to visit. Adventure life booked our hotels and arranged for the travel between the places we visited including a sensational place for bird watching which we never would have found on our own. The people local affiliate Careli Tours were available to provided wonderful local guides and tours.

My wife and I decided to book a trip to the Galapagos at the last minute. We were fortunate enough to be connected with Jeff R., who was incredibly helpful, informative, and responsive.
