The products arrived BUT

The products arrived and seem to be of amazing quality (still have to test) BUT the communication is lacking.

I ordered two items 22 December. The only message you recieve is 'we will let you know when the items ship'... By 6 January I had heard nothing, so I emailed. No reply. A couple of days later I send a message on whatsapp - and I get a reply that the shipment is delayed. I think 'ok...' but I'd think updates would come - or an estimate... Nothing. So a couple of weeks later, still hadn't recieved a message that they were sent and they never replied to my questions of updates. So I put in a payback request via paypall - coincidentally that day I get a messsage that my package has been sent by DPD. The tracking code isn't known by DPD... So I still think I'm scammed, I check again later, because maybe the package still has to be processed... Nothing... Ten days later I get a message by DPD that my package will be delivered 'today'. And it was.

It was very well packaged, the products were protected properly and they are beautiful.

Productwise I would reccommend this store, but beware that you have to be very patient.

They sent me a silk with frayed edges and they didn't pay the taxes for delivery

the silk came with frayed edges, wrote them about that and got no response until I wrote them again. This was the response: "What you see is called selvedge, it is a process that serves to reinforce the edges of the fabric, sometimes the machine is not able to make the selvedge uniform and therefore in some places it could appear frayed."
Checked this response with a teacher of an acrobatic gym that works in circus, she said: "this is not like they say and its not normal but the silk is safe"

Then I wrote them because I got an invoice from UPS saying that the taxes for a package delivered to me didn't got paid, and this was the response: "we ship to Switzerland every day, you are the first one who asks us to take care of something that you should have known as a Swiss citizen" and this is not true, I order plenty of packages, if they are not going to pay the taxes at the border they should disclose it on the web site or not ship to Switzerland
