It's an affliction to have to wait before you can move to the next page just because the course has to last six hours. Yes, I suppose some people really do read that slowly.

Your receipts should show a break down…
Your receipts should show a break down of what was purchased and the students' name and form of payment should be listed. I was also told this website had audio, but upon registering the website charged additional fees for audio which were not even listed on the receipt in addition. When I requested an itemized receipt by your state approved website, your company simply refused my request and would not accomodate this request. The secondary program during testing website went down on the requested browser and I had to fight for a refund when we had to repay to restart the test in addition. Sadly, I will not recommend your website to others at this time.

We understand how important clear billing and course details are. When a purchase is made, we send an email receipt with a breakdown of what was purchased.
The FLHSMV Knowledge Exam is the secondary website you’re referring to for the final test. If you’re experiencing tech issues, please reach out to us—we know the state’s testing site is very strict about leaving the testing page, even if the exam wasn’t fully opened, which can cause problems.
Regarding the course content, some of our courses include audio narration while others do not, as many students prefer reading the material without audio.
