When the consultant came I specifically said, multiple times, I wanted room darkening. I thought that is what he ordered but the contract, as far as I could see, did not state light filtering or room darkening. The blinds came and were light filtering. The installer did a great job and said he would notify the company, which he did. I never have received an email of any kind from the company, I have called 3 times, first time they said someone would contact me in 24-48 hours, second time they said they would send an email to the consultant and the third time they said an email had been sent but the consultant had not responded and they have to wait for the response. I could get no clear answer as to what would happen if there was no response. They had no problem charging me for the blinds. I do like them but I need room darkening as our windows face east; that was conveyed to the consultant multiple times. I am losing my confidence that anything will get resolved.

There was very little wait time between our first call to 3 Day Blinds and final completion. The salesperson and installer were both very professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again. (We did! this was our second time using them.)

Our salesman was an excellent listener and immediately understood our needs on new construction. They timed the installation perfectly, so we had our window treatments installed prior to move in day. Each person representing your company (in person, on the phone, or via email) reflected pride in the work being done and the product to grace my home. Gracious, considerate, detail-oriented. When the job was complete, I received a polite follow-up text/email to ensure everything was to my liking. Indeed. The pricing is very fair, and the payment/warranty process -- quick and clear.
