Long time loyal customer. I won't go anywhere else.

So, I signed up for personal training. At first, I was nervous so I held off for months but a bunch of the people I knew was training there. I finally decided to do it. First of all, I recall being super sore for the first couple of weeks. It got better. We never did the same exercise, things always changed. I got much stronger. I no longer need help carrying groceries or pulling heavy boxes from the shelves. I just felt better. I get to actually eat real food too. When my clothes started falling off of me it gave me a reason to shop (YAY!). My friends comment on how good I look, and that feels pretty good. I've been training there for 3 years now. I've become friends with the owners. They're really nice and compassionate, and they have a beautiful family. The head guy (Ti) is very flexible, but he doesn't let you slack off or cheat yourself. If you miss, he reaches out to make sure you're ok. He seems very connected to everyone in the gym and their families, not just the people he trains. It's like a family atmosphere because everybody knows and supports each other there. That's probably the biggest thing. I never feel like I'm being stared at or judged, and everyone always offers to help. Everyone in my family works out there, a bunch of my friends and neighbors too. The only thing I would change is the size of the gym. It's not very big, but the groups are usually really small so you never feel packed in or crowded. There aren't many machines, but the way you train makes it ok. I've heard some people say it's pricey but I can't see how that's even possible. The cost is way fair. I don't do the sports training stuff there, but I think it's a good place for athletes to train. I signed my son up for the sports training, and he says it was really rough. All in all, I'd recommend it to everyone, regardless of age or level. There's something for everyone. You won't want to go anywhere else. The service is outstanding, the workouts challenging, the people are awesome, you'll have fun and you'll get results.
