I saw a bulgari pendant in your website on Friday and the seller was asking $3000.00. I was thinking about it over the weekend and went on your website Monday morning, the seller is now asking $4900.00 for the pendant. What goes on here??? That is bad business. Please advise.

I ordered a credenza
I ordered a credenza. I asked how much the shipping would be. I received a quote. They charged my credit card more than the quote. I ordered my item on October 17th at 10:55 am. I cancelled my order on October 18 at 9:08 PM due to shipping being more expensive than what was quoted. It was more expensive by $100 and because of the time not being exactly within the 24 hour timeframe, the seller kept $500 for himself. 1st dibs does not want to help me resolve the issue at all with the seller. And if you notice on all of these complaints, they just have a generic response. They send to everybody. They have a generic response that they send to everybody that gives a good review as well. Clearly there’s no caring involved for a customer. I asked for the sellers contact information so I could see if I could get my $500 back but they would not cooperate in giving me that information. This company is a complete rip off and so are their sellers they really don’t care
