Wrike has helped us go from multiple forms of project management to one source of truth. Our experience has helped us to keep a near real time updates and progress of all our project portfolio, from simple to very complex projects. We have created a standard workflow to help us reduce the waste of creating projects manually.

First and foremost, we needed a project management system, and Wrike did the trick. Once we realized the power we held, it exploded in our department and across the organization. We have dedicated team members who are constantly improving efficiencies with Wrike automation and workflows. If I could be a Wrike sponsor, sign me up!

Excellent software with enough versality but too much so it does not get unmanageable.
A nice addition would be the hability to use dynamic fields.

Wrike is the most intuitive project management tool I've used in 20+ years of marketing communications. It's a bonus to have deep experience in project management, but even our newest employees are able to benefit from using the tool. The biggest downside is convincing people who've had negative experinces with other PM tools that Wrike isn't like the others.

Wrike has made a huge difference for our team. It’s helped us work better across departments by keeping everything in one place and making it easy to see who’s working on what. The visibility into everyone’s workload has helped us stay on track, assess overload, and get things done more smoothly. It’s been a game changer for collaboration and staying aligned.

I first started using Wrike over 4 years ago and at first was a little overwhelmed by the onboarding. Since then I have come to appreciate the robust tools and versatility of the system. You can make your processes as simple or as detailed as you wish, but don't miss out on all of the ways you can automate your workflow and workload.
One of the things I appreciate is the weekly updates that continually evolve the tools. These keep me abreast of the changes and build on great ideas. There are a few things I wish would be addressed, but workarounds have helped find a middle ground until they get them on the product roadmap. I do feel heard in their product feedback forums, though, when I see a feature that I've wished for get added.

I love how Wrike can be tailored to meet the needs of my company. By using automations, custom workflows, and custom item types, we are able to have Wrike do the hard work for us. While this does result in more setup time initially, it works great! There is still a few key functions like task reminders that I wish were a part of the software. We have also been loving the calendars and workload charts to show accurate pictures of how busy our schedule is.

I'd like to give Wrike 1,000 stars! We've been using Wrike since 2018, and have scaled to over 2500 people across our organization. As we scaled, our needs for moving toward enterprise licensing was incredibly important to ensure we had the features that each team needed to be successful. We've adopted a Wrike-first mindset, which means if it isn't in Wrike it doesn't exist. When your team is on the same page as you - everything becomes crystal clear and transparent. Wrike's customer success teams, sales teams, community teams, support teams, and product teams are Second to NONE. They love their customers - they consider us (ALL their clients) their partners, and our thoughts and needs to be of the upmost priority. It's about a relationship more than providing a service. They have done this consistently for the 8+ years I've engaged with them. Outstanding.

Wrike has allowed me to track my projects in a whole new way! With its seamless process I can jump in and update my project in real time with my project team. I can see where everyone else is on their project and we can look at all of our open and pending requests. Wrike has streamlined all of my projects and I don't think I can ever go back!

I work for a large company that decided to move away from a well-known project management system about two years ago. To select a new system, we formed a task force comprised of PMOs from across our enterprise. Over six months, our task force attended multiple demos, consulted colleagues from other companies, and built a matrix to track our findings. With more than 20 potential platforms on our list, we gradually narrowed it down to a few—but Wrike stood out as the clear choice. Its ease of use and the elegance of its dashboards were particularly impressive. We also appreciated its BI tool, Analytics, which offers deeper insights into our data, enabling the creation of powerful reports and dashboards.
Since migrating to Wrike, our team has established an organized environment that keeps our work structured while providing valuable dashboards and reports to share with leadership and stakeholders.

We have an excellent Wrike team that meets with us regularly. We have Monthly and quarterly meetings for different groups in our organization, plus the team is available to us anytime we have questions or just want to run some thoughts by them. Their best practice support is wonderful. I had been asked to create a report/dashboard for a department that would display some specific details about a new process in their area. I was able to call our Wrike team and walk through the different options and visuals that I could create for the department. After showing the department what was available for them, they excitedly chose two different displays; one for the team and one higher level for executives. Being able to talk with Wrike experts to find all of our options is essential for me to be able to provide support to my internal customers.

Adopting Wrike has been a game-changer for our team. Coming from no formal system at all, the structure and clarity it has brought to our workflows are a huge improvement. One of the most valuable features has been the ability to document every step of a task—saving us significant time and effort. No more trying to remember what we did last time or where things were left off; everything is there and easy to follow.
Collaboration has also become much smoother. Wrike makes it easy for colleagues to work together, track progress, and share updates. Our manager now has clear visibility into everyone's workload and ongoing tasks, which helps with balancing responsibilities and avoiding burnout.
Another major advantage is the continuity it provides. Knowledge and task history are easily accessible to new team members, making transitions smoother when staff leave or new employees join. On top of all this, Wrike helps us plan better for the future by giving us a central place to align on goals and upcoming projects.
Overall, Wrike has added a layer of efficiency and accountability that we were missing before. It’s truly improved the way we work as a team.

I've been using Wrike for 2 years now and I love it! I've held multiple roles at my same org, all while using Wrike: PM, operational associate, Technical PM. Wrike drastically reduces wasted time spent on email, allowing for quick and informative comments directed to specific colleagues, all in the relevant project space. I can automate most anything, including outsourcing my project checkins and followups!
In the 2 years I've been using this product, I've seen it improve its functionality and usability by leaps and bounds. On multiple occasions, I've seen my own comments or feedback turned into new features or functionalities.
It takes a bit of getting used to, and you must establish clear business processes within the app, otherwise you end up with jangled mess. But Wrike's built-in training modules and project/space templates make it easy for orgs of any size to begin using it.

We've been using Wrike for over six months, and it has significantly improved how our team manages projects and collaborates across departments. What stands out the most is its flexibility and customization — from task tracking and scheduling to dashboards and workload views, Wrike adapts well to different workflows.
What I particularly appreciate:
The ability to create templates for recurring projects
Real-time dashboards and reports for quick overviews
Seamless integration with tools like Google Drive and Slack
In-task discussions and file sharing reduce the need to switch platforms
Support is responsive, the knowledge base is extensive, and new features are regularly added to enhance the experience.
Suggestions for improvement:
The learning curve can be steep for new users, so I’d recommend more interactive onboarding guides and step-by-step tutorials to help teams get started quickly.
