I ordered a sympathy bouquet and they made sure to add all the substitutions I requested and even sent a picture of the delivered bouquet. It looked beautiful and so elegant. We had some trouble with the website checking out but talking to wow on the phone was enough to resolve it. They are professional and responsive.

Horrible company. I would never do business with them. A gift was delivered from this company to my office. It was absolutely atrocious. The chocolate was old and in a total disarray in the box. I called the company and they were extremely nasty and blamed it on the people that delivered. They never offered to rectify the situation and send anything in its place. Unfortunately I had to let the sender know that what was sent by the Wow bouquet was horrific! If there was a place for a photo it would be shocking. Things happen, but the owners never tried to even make things right. Not a company I would ever recommend!! The person I was in contact with was talking to his partner about me in a negative way, meanwhile he was sending the awful text messages to me instead of his partner!! lol. He should have made sure who he was texting! Not a good look for this company….All he had to do was to make the situation right and not be defensive and act like it didn’t happen.
