This seems to be a scam service

This seems to be a scam service. Although they "help" you with your computer issues, they will charge you hundreds, if not over a thousand dollars, by upselling you things like a lifetime subscription to Norton, etc. Do not use this service/company. STAY AWAY!!!

my experience was far different than…

my experience was far different than most. They are in my opinion far superior to others. However I don't use them. While they had remote use of my computer I panicked, got the feeling I was being scammed. Big mistake. To show it wasn't a scam , they immediately refunded my money. Troube with everything on the internet is...how can you ever be sure your not being scammed. It's really a huge problem

Exceptional tech support.

I am so thankful Sharon was my tech. She is a rare and wonderful person, highly intelligent, kind, patient and understanding and resolved all my issues. She also restarted my Toshiba where another company said the computer was not working and needed to be replaced. Which I am beyond grateful. She is an exceptional worker and fortunate to have been able to work with her.
