I didn't like the service. I sent a form requesting a refund of 100 euros for a fall that happened to me and damage to hotel equipment, but so far no one has answered me. I've sent and resent emails and no one has answered. Very bad service. I'm still waiting.

I would never ever use this garbage…
I would never ever use this garbage company. They sell your info to every business and telemarketing and email blast in the world. As soon as I bought insurance from them I start getting calls and e-mail all day non-stop from at least 5 different countries while I was traveling. It’s very frustrating while I’m was traveling and keep getting calls from other travel agencies or insurance companies that trying to sell me something while I’m getting charged per min on my phone long distance fees and email blast. Stay a way from them.

This is the biggest scam ever i bought the policy and i am regretting it . I will attach pictures of my foot . I bought comprehensive insurance and yesterday when i went to hospital worldtrips says pay from your pocket then file claim . I almost fainted there but they did not even ask me how i am feeling. Said pay for medication too then claim so i brought back my foot as it is injured and damaged after purchasing there comprehensive medical insurance policy
