Mystery Bag Fun!
This was my first order from Woolx, and since I do like wool clothing, decided to try a mystery bag. It was an excellent value: three high quality items at a greatly reduced price! I received a Callie hoodie in deep plum (LOVE it!), a Cassie dress in a deep pink color, and a body suit in a light purple color. I am not a body suit person, but I do like the color, so I may alter it into a t-shirt, or just give away or consign. Either way, it was a great value, and everything fits well. For reference, I am 5'4", 130 lbs and ordered size Small.

Garment did not perform as expected
I purchase a nightshirt from WoolX last December, and the company hit me up for a review shortly after the purchase. I gave the item 4 stars on their website, and when I went in a week later to change my review, I found it wasn't possible.
The reason I wanted to change my review is that although I had the nightshirt for a month, it was not enough time properly evaluate its durability. After 5 short weeks, my $90 nightshirt developed a snag and run - just like the old nylon stockings - and I believe this is due to the 30% nylon content. I have a LOT of wool clothing, and this is the first time anything ever got a run. So no, the item is not durable.
The following quote is from the original review I left on the WoolX site:
"A quick note about the review process: when I attempted to leave a review via email, I found myself locked into a 5-star review. I had to open the review form in a browser window to change that, which makes me wonder how many of Woolx's 5-star reviews are genuine or simply the result of customers being unable figure out how to leave any other rating..."
My 1-star review is based on the fact that WoolX solicited my review before I had a chance to fully evaluate the garment, I was unable to change that review when I discovered that the garment was not as good as I initially thought, and I now suspect I had been misled by other reviews that may not have been entirely accurate.
In summation, I found the garment to be the very definition of 'fast fashion' (but with a much higher price tag) and the WoolX review process to be suspicious.

You cannot change size, color or cancel after you pay. Also, although they get better wear, I like 100% wool better. The elastic on boxer shorts is too narrow!

Consistency of sizes is really poor. I’ve purchased two different items both sized Medium. One was too large, the other too small. Fabric quality is great, but it’s meaningless when the garment doesn’t fit and the company’s size chart says it should.

I love Woolx
I love Woolx. I have a bunch of t-shirts, a polo shirt, and a few long sleeve shirts from them. They're all great quality and I love that I can wear them over and over again, before they need to be washed. Makes traveling light much easier. I personally think the lenght of the shirts is perfect. Yes, they might be a little long vs typical t-shirts, but with a more relaxed/baggy style that is now fashionable, I think the length is perfect.
Woolx also has fast shipping and great customer service. On a recent order, I asked if they could apply a discount code they sent me a few hours after the order and they honored that request with no problems or second thoughts. Highly recommend this company, if you're looking for quality clothing that supports a travel lifestyle.

The fabric is lovely, but the T-shirt is a very un flattering length. If it were 3 inches shorter, it would fall in the right place for me. I’ve only worn it once and I have to say it did not smell fresh when I took it off.

I have about $2,000 worth of Woolx…
I gave a less than stellar review on their most expensive hoodie ($220) on their website. I said the medium size having its sleeves hang down three inches PAST the end of my fingertips was mis-sized (I’m 5’3” so I am short but not short enough to make that much of a difference in the sleeves). They replied on my review that basically it was my own fault for buying that size and that’s how the hoodies are supposed to be. I noticed another reviewer with the same issue and they blamed her also. Not feeling so great about giving this company any more of my money if they are going to diss their loyal customers like that.
