I selected 1-star only because 0-star…

I selected 1-star only because 0-star wasn’t an option! This purchase was THE WORST of buying cheap, worthless Chinese junk AND the worst of being scammed experience EVER! It’s a junk product, delivered without ANY instructions or directions, backed by a customer service department that won’t respond to any online requests, and backed by a no questions asked, full refund for a limited period of time, but requiring approval by their Customer Srvc Dept, who will not respond to you, much less give you the merchandise return shipping address. IT’S ALL ONE BIG PILE OF ROTTING GARBAGE!!!

The watch stopped recording almost all health data, except for steps, on the watch and the phone app (Health Wear) after just a couple months of use. I reset the watch, removed and reinstalled the Health Wear App. I verified the watch was synchronized with the phone.

Confirmed refund was never initiated. It's theft.

Returned watch for a horrible design. Followed return protocol, and I have an email from them confirming they received item and started the refund. Its been a 1.5 years - no refund still.

They lied on email. I'm not letting this go until my refund is processed.

Wolf Notch doesn’t stand behind their suga pro watch or honor the warranty they sale you

When I first ordered the Wolf Notch Suga Pro I was very excited because of its reviews. I question now after my experience with not only the watch, but the company itself. My primary reason for for obtaining the watch would be because of its ability to keep track of glucose. After contacting the company and explaining the readings were anywhere from 50 to 150 points off. I was informed it may be because of too much fat on my body or scars. I weigh around 150 pounds and I’m about 5’6 . Taken into consideration what they mentioned in their emails to me. I tried it on both wrist,, On both sides of my arm and on several places on my legs. And even different places on my body. The results are always the same. Taking their word for it. I offered it to the man who cuts my lawn to try with his mother. The results were exactly the same. Not only that, but his sister who is a Registered nurse tried it on herself, and also my lawn man tried it on himself. The result are always the same. So I contacted the company explained the situation. Taking consideration this particular watch may have an issue. Ask if I could not trade this one for another one. I was willing to give it another chance. I was told to take a video of it so I can show that it was working. Now, taking consideration, this is odd. Because I was complaining because of his malfunction. I had also when purchasing the product paid for 18 months #Warranty on the product. Before I could send it back, I was required to provide a video showing that the thing was working. Which I provided( Which is questionable that this is the requirement being that I had purchased the fore mentioned warranty. I was also required to provide them a tracking number which I did. Prior to having the postal worker place to watch in the return carton, I photograph the watch showing that it was in good condition,. After affirming that they had received the watch, I contacted him to find out when I would be Reimbursed . I was told that they were only going to be paying me 50% because it was ““ damaged. I have extensive emails going back-and-forth with Support@ wolfnotch.com Detailing the issues I was having with the watch. I have Since filed grievous with my credit card company. Asking for a full Refund. Having now knowing What I know about this company. And how it deals with its customers. I never would have done business with them. I’ve been dealing with this from Mar31 2024 - May 17

My main complaint is the companies lack…

My main complaint is the companies lack of directions for their product. After doing a reset I was unable to access the watch. I sent them a email explaining what I had done and the results. It would flash either ‘bye bye’ or charging. When I explained this they wanted me to send a video. Why ? The watch was blinking ‘bye bye’ in between saying it was charging. Are they so ignorant about their own product they not only need a picture drawn, but it need to be moving. After blink ‘bye bye, and professing to be charging it finally came to live. Which brings up the next point. Because it came on when I first opened it I believed it was charged. Evidently it needed to be charged. It was only after asking Microsoft copilot Did I discover the need for it to be calibrated in order to get a proper glucose reading? I emailed the company about the FAQ. They sent me something and said scroll down, Well, I’ve scroll down. There is nothing there except for maybe about four possibility questions none of have anything to do with the actual function of the watch. The other thing here is when I try to log into the site, It is blocked as unsafe. Which is interesting because when I ask, Microsoft copilot about the watch it give me very good review on it. Yet it was Microsoft copilot that told me it was unsafe ( I’m referring to the website itself? 🤔) Evidently, they haven’t paid the Biden Crime protection fee

Suga Watch Pro is Junk

I bought the Sugar Pro watch. I tried it for a day. I contacted customer service when the numbers did not match up with my finger sticks. They told me to calibrate the watch. I calibrated the watch. I contacted customer service again. They told me to try it out for a couple of days. I checked the finger sticks versus the watch. They were several hundred units apart. I contacted customer service again. They told me there was something wrong with the Bluetooth app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I updated Bluetooth to make sure it was up to date. I was still several hundred units off. I contacted customer service to return the watch. It took them several days to get back to me. They asked me to provide a video. I provided the video. I sent them a note asking for return information to get my money back. No response. I was then past the 30-day mark which I suspect was their goal all along. I filed a claim with my bank. I provided all of the documentation. I was denied. They said the merchant provided proof that I had received the goods. I never disputed I received the goods. I disputed that the goods didn't work and that I had requested to return the watch several times. I resubmitted additional documentation to my bank (Chase Bank) and they denied it again based on what the merchant sent them. I was told that the transaction went through a third party. I contacted the third party and the third party said that Wolfnotch was not even a customer. I tried calling the phone number associated with Wolfnotch and it goes to busy every single time. I’ve tried contacting them through Facebook. I've tried numerous rabbit holes to get information about this company. I feel that they provide fraudulent goods and then go into silent mode when you want to return things. I'm stuck with a watch that doesn't work and they have all my money. Let me know if anybody wants to file a class action suit against this Sugar Pro. They claim that it gives you accurate numbers and it does not which can cause a lot of people to have higher or lower blood sugar numbers than what they think.

Don't bother

Bought as a gift. Told he didn't notice any difference after 7 months and the readings were wildly off. When trying to leave an under 3 star review on their page, kept being given an "error". Would explain why all reviews on the site are mostly 3 or above.

Ghosted

Purchased a square suga pro last year complete with optional warranty. In January, I noticed a vertical crack in the face of the crystal. Had no recollection of hitting or dropping the watch. Wrote support for a replacement crystal, which they could not provide. After a few days the entire top of the watch separated. It was then I noticed the internal battery had bulged to the point where the crystal had cracked and caused the separation. Wrote support again explaining what happened, expecting the extended warranty to kick in. Their initial response was to do a factory reset, which was not helpful. Sent follow up with pictures to which was responded a response within a few hours. No response. Three follow up requests have been ignored. An unfavorable review sent to their website has been ignored. I have been totally ghosted.

I first saw the Suga Pro round dial on…

I first saw the Suga Pro round dial on the internet. I am a diabetic and I am interested in checking my sugar content, so I asked my wife for the watch for a Christmas present. I got it before Christmas and I had problems in the beginning. I could not get past the weight setup screen on my Samsung Fold. Nothing would work. I went to You Tube and found a video conerning the setup on the Samsung Fold 5. Seems you need to close the Fold and install app from the front. When I did this, the app installed perfectly! I got past the weight screen!! Then after awhile wearing it, I noticed my battery draining very quickly!! I was charging it up every night to last through the day!! I wrote to Wolfnotch and they told me to turn off the clock screen timeout in the settings. I tried, but still the watch would drain overnight! I thought, maybe I should reset the watch to factory settings. It said I would lose any data. I didn't care. I hadn't saved any, so I reset the watch and now it takes days to discharge!! I now, love the watch and I am learning all it's functions. I still don't know what a good glucose reading is, or blood fat, or uric acid, but I do most of the others!! I love the faces on the watch. I wish there were more, especially with battery levels. And I wish I could have gotten the patriot band, But all in all, I am now very satisfied with my Wolfnotch Round Dial Watch.!! PS. Not ready for prime time.

I have had the watch for 10 days and the only function I can trust is the O2 sensor. Everything else gives a false readings. The packaged instructions never mention one must also download the "Healthware" app. I install the Healthware app, following the instructions. I open the Healthware app, it sees the watch, wonderful! The App tells me I have permissions I need to turn on. The list is long and no matter what I turn on, will not work. I'm running Android 13. My phone is less than a year old. I once worked a Tech Support line for a company that made flatbed scanners, I spent my time walking people thru the installation, rather than actually engage in Tech Support. Tech support at Suga Pro has been ongoing by email. I'm not hating on Tech Support, I am not happy with this early release. Ten days of trying to get it work and I'm still trying. I want this to WORK!

It WAS a good watch up until 3 days ago I contacted customer service and they basically told me since it's out of the 30 days warranty they don't care there was nothing as to ask if they could help me figure out what was going on. Not a happy customer very upset.

I had this watch for 6 month

I had this watch for 6 month. False glucose reading. I fast and eat nothing and watch has 3 peaks for 8am 12 noon and 5pm. Randomly generated numbers. Same for blood pressure. Made in China, but whites are pushing it so you will be fooled and think it made in the U.S.. Fake watch should be taking off the market. Diabetic can died with fake readings. I am a Pharmacist and know what I am talking about. SCAM!

Complete waste of money!

Complete waste of money!

1. The blood glucose is consistently off. Both my husband and I got one of these watches. The two watches are off from each other and both are off from doing the regular finger stick. Same is true with BP. Watch 1 read 107/74...watch 2 read 128/84...BP cuff and monitor read 142/86. Completely useless!

2. I tried to install the Healthware app on my phone. I get a message saying the app is not accessible and the developer is aware of the issue. So, that in itself is useless.

3. Measurement units are not US friendly. Time only reads in military time (i.e. 1:00 PM reads as 13:00). Temperature only reads as Celcius. Blood glucose is only read in mmol/L. None of these measurement units can be changed. So, to get standard US measurement units (recognized and used by doctors across the US) you will have to do this formula every time to get your temp in Farenheit: (C x 9/5) + 32. And, every time you check your blood sugar, you will have to multiply the result by 18.0182 to get the reading in standard measurement unit used and recognized across the US.

I would not recommend this watch for anyone! Save your money, do your research and go with something more user friendly and accurate.
