Great product, great company and exceptional service and communication. Bought the Skindiver 38mm and it's a beauty. Would recommend Wolbrook for anyone looking to buy something that has been thought about carefully and excecuted brilliantly.

I’ve been a fan of the brand for a long time and owned several green indices models before realising it’s the green I couldn’t live with. So with some trepidation I opted for the faux aged lume this time. It’s the World Timer Skin Diver with the automatic movement.
I have to admit that it’s blown me away! Case size, finish, colour scheme and wearability are nothing short of perfection.
As usual the service and communication from Wolbrook is the best around. All in all it’s a ridiculously good watch at this price point.

Love the watch! Keeps great time, fit and finish are very good for this price point. Timegrapher shows a well regulated movement. Had a couple of minor issues that I needed customer service for. Audrey helped me and she was extremely helpful and attentive. Solved my issues completely. 100% satisfaction

I received my new Skindiver 11 with black dial and green lume a little over a week ago now. I must say first that the whole buying process has been superb with excellent communication and updates on the progress and delivery of the watch all in a matter of a few days. As for the watch itself, it is utterly superb in its design. I love it's iconic vintage look but it has been sensibly and sympathetically upgraded to suit practical modern everyday living besides its main tool watch function as a diver. A superb quality time piece which so far has kept spot on time. This is probably my favourite watch. I must love them as I have two other Wolbrook/Douglas watches.

I had doubts in buying watch - my wrist was not so big and I heard that default straps will not fit. Audrey give a detailed explanation of available straps and send some real life photos. It was very helpful. I didn't have delays and responses and communication was perfect

I could not be happier. I ordered my 3rd HGP watch and there was a slight hiccup with the shipping. I reached out and they fixed the issue immediately plus they threw in a very sweet strap tool for the trouble. Such an awesome company to work with and of course thier watches are top notch.

Had a small problem with one of my Wolbrook watches, wrote to customer service and got a response within a very short time. Got a return label to send the watch for inspection at the factory and got it back within 1 week just before Christmas. The watch came back with a message that it complied with the specs that the watch should have. I was still not satisfied with it and sent the watch back to the factory. Now I have received a brand new watch instead and I am so very satisfied with the competent and fast service I have received from Wolbrook. Thanks to Theodore / customer service

The watch is superb. Unfortunately, 48 hours after receiving it, it stopped and had to be wound manually. Sent back to the manufacturer, supposedly magnetised. When It returned 2 months later, the problem persisted. The automatic system didn't work. This time, the seller refused a refund or exchange on the grounds that the watch had been worn for more than 2 months!
A watch of dubious quality and a seller to be avoided!

Had been looking at their Outrider field watch for a while and finally took the plunge. The watch arrived two days before I was led to expect it originally, which was a very pleasant surprise. Unpacking revealed a gorgeously finished watch on a good quality leather strap. It feels good on the wrist, is easy to adjust precisely because of its second hacking and seems to keep pretty good time. The lump is as clear and bright as advertised.
