Might be asking yourself why one? Let me explain.

Might be asking yourself? Why I am writing this. Because unless you realize how petty and disrespectful and almost cringe worthy this place is, on your own; I won’t be able to sleep at night. Picture this: I see a welcome offer of $1.99 for $20 sweeps or YC. As a gambler that’s worth it. Even a crypto option for deposit. But I deposit. It doesn’t show for awhile. Even after transaction completes. Thought it was bad. Because the time. Nope. They don’t honor the deal because the numbers didn’t match to the exact decimal and even though I copied and pasted the amount which I don’t usually do for better sites. They don’t honor it. And it was the transation fee I would of needed to add back in. Which is absurd. And they just held true to that. And we’re saying things like. Nothing we can do now. I mean that’s literally the opposite. They were choosing to be like. Sorry about you. “We got you good” don’t be a fool like me. Saw something. Thought it would be animal experience. lol. I was just like it was $2. Don’t offer it next time ? Weird move.

Like another user said I had a yotta…

Like another user said I had a yotta account when they were a bank . I signed up for there "casino" and won and they don't respond to my emails to support because my account is locked . They claim my SSN is already in use . In what world is a bank and a casino the same type of account? Please make it make sense

A Dumpster Fire...

Not only did this company lose my savings with no way to get it back, but their app is so buggy and error prone. Buttons don't work, random errors pop up and customer care is frustrating. It's just an overall painful experience. Don't risk your money in this dumpster fire of a fintech company.

7 day wait on crypto withdrawal of 3k!

7 day wait on crypto withdrawal of 3k!? They say it's to be safe and fraud and blah blah but never a real reason. Then when I ask questions they get annoyed and say there's nothing they can do so I ask can I talk to someone that can they act like there's nobody that can do anything. Day 7 is here and they won't reply to me. This is a ridiculous wait for this day and age! Other than that I love the app.

Don't Use the App

I’ve had over $2,200 stuck in my Yotta account for several months now, and I still can’t access it. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times with little to no helpful response. It’s honestly absurd that a financial app can hold users’ money hostage like this with no transparency or urgency to resolve the issue.

This experience has completely eroded my trust in Yotta. If you’re thinking of using this platform to save money—don’t. There’s no excuse for withholding access to someone’s funds for this long. I feel scammed.

Stolen Millions of End User Money

This app claimed they were using FDIC insured banks and now many users have their accounts frozen for almost a year now. Now removed from the App Store as this app is a scam and is being buried in law suits. Definitely stay away from this sketchy app

Stay away from them

I put in a prize request of $300 on march 26th. They’re saying it’ll be settle on April 4th. So I gotta wait almost 2 weeks just for yall to approve a redemption? When every other app or place approves it within a day or 2 at max. Scummy company. They do it on purpose hoping you’ll play it back. They’re tied up with lawsuits and probably don’t have money to pay anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Felons running casino!

This place is beyond ridiculous. I've deposited hundreds of dollars on my account and I finally win 200$ so I go to withdraw and what do you know my account gets locked because I have an old yotta account that I never even used. What blows my mind is how yotta and playnomic aren't even the same website or casino. How are you going to claim they are one in the same when the urls are different, the casino names are different, and the domain names are different? This is a giant scam taking players money and using a bogus excuse to lock their winnings because of the greed of some shady business owners. Y'all desperately need Jesus in your life.

Fraud - Scam on name of FDIC

Yotta locked thousands of users out of their savings accounts despite advertising easy withdrawals and FDIC insurance. Instead of taking responsibility, they’ve repeatedly deflected and misled customers. Many users are now unable to pay their bills. Avoid this app at all costs.

Stay Away

Yotta froze thousands of end users out of their savings accounts after advertising that users could withdraw at any time and it was FDIC insured. They have passed the buck and gaslit at almost every turn. Their customers literally can't pay bills. Stay away from this app.
