The kit was so easy to use, with very comprehensive instructions. We received our results back a lot sooner than expected. It is quite fascinating seeing our pups extended family and family tree. The behavioural traits and potential health risks are also a bonus, and now armed with this additional knowledge we can plan for any future issues.

Everything was seamless from start to finish. The DNA pack is easy to follow and post. I had my results just 8 days after they received our sample at the lab! My dog is a mixed breed and there was some debate on this. Now we have peace of mind knowing exactly what those breeds are and a better understanding of her personality. The swabbing was easy enough even with his majesty, who never makes anything easy if he doesn’t want to do it, small dog syndrome 😂😂. Sent off the swap in the pre paid and then waited. Got an email saying they had received it and would be a few weeks. A few days later we got the results, a massive surprise. The results pleased us, especially the wife who is still using the words, “I told you so” a month on, I keep pointing out we all said that so we all told each other but ours don’t count 😂😂😂😂😂. The final bonus was a few relatives were also found, granted not a huge percentage but relatives all the same and that’s quite interesting to know.
Over all couldn’t be happier, initially the cost was a sting, seems so insignificant now and we actually feel it was worth it.
We don’t have any more dogs but would definitely buy again if the need arises.
