Cosmic Wireless is my first choice for refurbished cell phones. The condition of their phones is usually like new. I have purchased about a dozen phones from them with zero issues. Some of these phones I give to friends overseas and it is important that they work correctly as it is impossible to “send them back” for repair.

I knew the retailer deals in overstock and refurbished products, so missing the box and the instructions was not a big deal (just if you're not used to buying from places like this dont get mad about it, thats part of the discount) anyway very speedy! Watch booted! Im happy thank you!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch FE from them on eBay. The description advertises it as a brand new watch. But it’s not a brand new watch. It came in a plain box with no original box and packaging.
Your advertisement is misleading and unfaithfully.

I wanted a new smartphone with original manufacturer quality at a lower price, and that’s exactly what I got from Cosmic Wireless. Although there were some issues with the shipping order that required several emails to clarify and resolve, the customer service team was always friendly, generally responded in a timely manner, and made up for the mistake.
Definitely a reliable and trustworthy website with great service!
