Very good communication. Some hosting providers make finding the basic protocols for setup almost like an egg hunt. Winhost clearly communicates details you need to get up and running fast. Additionally, their customer service response is amazing - file transfer from my prior host was seamless. Couldn't be happier.

Choosing Winhost was the best hosting decision I've ever made! I had struggled for months searching for a hosting service for my asp.net core web apps, until I stumbled on Winhost through a comment in stack overflow. I'm hosting with Winhost a complex web api which also calls console applications, and is consumed by mobile apps; as well as an net core web app which serves as my main site. The attention and care of the Winhost support team made me feel as though I was their only client, and this was consistent across all their customer service agents. Their control panel is simply the most intuitive and most user friendly that I've ever seen. Then there's a rich comprehensive knowledge base which contains answers to all my questions. I must admit that most of the time I asked questions and the Winhost support team referred me to the relevant sections in the knowledge base. The hosting platform itself is very reliable I've not experienced any downtime. With all the above positives, their price is insanely low! What you see is what you get there are no hidden costs whatsover. Going Winhost is the best hosting decision I've ever made, it's the best hosting decision you'll ever make!

Helped me over steep early learning curve
When I logged a ticket the answer was prompt, courteous and solved my issues. They were frequent early in my efforts.
Since then I have discovered MS and Github copilots and a rich supply of pointers and solutions. The knowledgebase is pretty much redundant.

I've had one or more real estate sites with Winhost for over a decade. I've tried others, but these guys are the best. Whatever the issue, the response is fast. Also, they are flexible. You don't get stuck. If you need something extra that is not in your plan, ask. They've always worked it out with me and found reasonable solutions.

Just like with anything that is good…
Just like with anything that is good there is room to improve. In the 3 months that winhost has been hosting my .net core application I've had great satisfaction with the hosting, the ease in publishing a site from visual studio and utilizing ftp, domain and ssl certificate purchasing and implementation.
Customer service is generally very responsive and reliable. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because your experience with a customer service agent will vary. You can tell when you're working with someone who is ready to move on to another job, and should.

One very happy customer
I chose Winhost because of the price to host a small ASP/SQL Server site. Despite being a software developer for 40 years I had not tried this before, and I was dreading it.
In less than a days work I had the site up and running with a new domain name and a security certificate. This was probably because of the excellent help files which took me through every step. I got stuck twice and raised a support ticket, and prepared myself for the wait. In both cases I had a response within 2 hours, with a full explanation and the problem sorted.
I am extremely satisfied with my choice and would strongly recommend WinHost

A Great Transition Experience
I chose Winhost to move my existing website to because of the price and because Classic ASP was still allowed. My site has been programmed that way and I had no way of changing it to something else. When it was time to transition, I received help from the staff who did everything possible to get it running again. I appreciate that so much! Please keep doing things as they have been. I love it.
