Placebo at best. The suggestions to change diet, eat more fibre and drink more water are what cause the supposed effects. Total waste of money.

The bottom line is, if you’re suffering from bloating then it’s caused by inflammation of the gut. It contains liquorice root, which can cause irregular heart beat. Should note that on the packaging for anyone with heart conditions.

The dose for bloating tablets are an absolute life saver. I took them on holiday with me and they counteracted the usual discomfort cause by new food and improved my confidence massively. I could wear my outfits with no fear or my bloat bursting out of them! 10/10 recommend 🥰

I wasnt sure how or if A dose for bloating would work as tried many different things over the years! However I could not recommend them highly enough they have changed my life and eased so much discomfort. I have recommended to friends and family. Best product by far.

I was skeptical at first with all the products out there but have been nothing but impressed by the results of using wild dose's de-bloating supplements. They haven't caused any discomfort or sudden changes but I have noticed such a change in my stomach area throughout the day since taking them. Would highly recommend and will be re-ordering!

Wild Dose came up on my Instagram feed and I was so hopeful that the Dose for Blocked Bellies would work because it had such good reviews on Trustpilot. Unfortunately it didn’t suit me - within a few days of starting it, I had to stop because it gave me a mild stomach ache and the taste of peppermint was repeating in my mouth. I’m glad it works for some people but unfortunately it didn’t work for me.

After years of battling with an eating disorder it has left my gut and digestive system in a mess causing pain bloating and discomfort around meal times which doesn’t help with the recovery process. Once I starting using wild dose all my discomfort and bloating has disappeared proving huge relief physically and mentally!! I would recommend this to anyone struggling with bloating no matter the cause!!

I bought the anti bloat pills to begin taking in preparation for my summer trips. I can get bloated on holiday and wanted to prevent this. They say to take for at least 2 weeks so I did. I was not particularly bloated when I began taking and since I have been bloated, I thought I would trust the process and after 2 weeks I began to be constipated. I have not been to the loo for 6 days. Since buying the bloat pills I’ve had the blocked belly pills advertised constantly. I told Charlie of my symptoms who told me to drink 2.5l of water, move daily, eat kiwis/ fibre, all of which I do. All I have changed to my lifestyle/ diet are these pill. I drinks 2-3l water daily, Pilates 5/6 times per week, I have a good, high fibre diet. I stoped taking the anti bloat pills and 24 hrs later managed to go to the loo.

I have been so uncomfortable and continue to be so because of being so backed up. I don’t know what else could have caused this other than these pills.

I has such high expectations with brilliant reviews but it does look like I am not this only one to have this experience

I have been on these for two weeks now, and they have made my bloating worse! I look pregnant! Feel sicky, and keep going to the toilet.
I have drank 3 liters of water a day and eaten a banana as Charlie recommended but I can honestly say I'm giving up! It's not worth the uncomfortable stomach or making me feel so ill! Do no buy!

Really held off buying this after seeing the hype everywhere but they seemed to really work so I gave in and tried. Two months down nothing. I actually think they may have made my bloating worse. I followed the instructions too ( I had several emails back and forward with Charlie giving tips - always the same tips too ) and no luck. Shame as they are really sold as being miracle workers. A friend of mine also has tried them and feels the same way. Very disappointing.

Really wonderful to see reasonably priced, no added fillers or nasties and products that really work!!
I've got PMS bloating and also ulcerative colitis which flares around my period, and within a few days I could really feel a difference before my period started,
I also really bloat and retain fluid after a flight , so was equally pleased to see much less of this when I flew for 3 hrs this week, I didn't get post flight bloating at all.

I have been taking these for 4 months now and have cancelled my subscription. They have not helped me with my bloating (being the sole reason I brought them). I have seen a minor change in my digestion but that is all. I really wanted to love this product but it does not do what it claims.

I ordered Saturday 15th June and it said 2-3 days delivery it’s the 25th June and still no order. I’ve informed them 4 times that I haven’t received my order and they just don’t care, I asked for a refund they said no, when it’s coming - don’t know, most they haven’t even replied to. Then I got a customer service email today asking how I was getting on with my tablet. I HAVEN’T RECEIVED THEM
