Very quick reply from customer service

Very quick reply from customer service, but the website is quite difficult to use at times and there is no way to delete old accounts or to register a new one using the same email address.

Dreadful website.

I had a very fast response from Syed, but must agree that the whole website is dreadful. Clicking on something for sale, brings up no pictures and little info. The search engine only seems to work if the title matches exactly what you put into the search. The website was far better in the distant past.

Would give no stars if possible!!'This website is absolutely rubbish. Trying to sell something on there is near impossible as I never receive any email alerts to tell me someone is interested in my items!
I have to sign in and go to messages to see if anyone has contacted me !
Useless!!

Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever.. took two payments for placing and editing an ad using Apple Pay. Denied they use Apple pay when I tried to get it back said that the ad I placed was a free ad. “Syed” is the worst customer service operator I have ever had to deal with. Completely ignoring all the evidence of payment I had made even though I sent a copy bank statement showing payment taken and also a screenshot showing Wightbay was asking for £6.99 after he saId they do not deal with Applepay. Absolutely shocking company

Don't waste your time

Tried to message someone who had something for sale. Typed my question and was told I had to register first....registered and received confirmation email but the site won't let you login as says username or password is incorrect. I went to the contact page and no email address to contact them and their emails are from a no reply address....complete waste of my time - a total joke and not even a link to unsubscribe, have now marked them as spam in gmail

Wonderful Help Received from Wightbay Staff

Thanks to all the staff at Wightbay I have been able to sort out a major issue with my listings today. They have all been extremely helpful and taken the time to sort things out for me. The three people that I contacted today were Mehroz, Syed and Asad. All did a fantastic job. Thank you all.
