They are the worst to do business with. Their site said they had the product I was looking for. Created an account and paid. Two weeks later didn’t hear anything from them other than that on my account it said the order has shipped or still processing. They don’t pick up calls, only responds through email which takes 3 to 4 days. When they responded by email, they told me my order was out of stock. Needed two more days to be restocked and shipped. At this time I emailed back to ask them to cancel the order. They refused. Days later they emailed me a tracking number with Fedex. It was going to take one more week for delivery. Here right now am writing frustrated because Fedex didn’t keep their estimated delivery time. It’s going to be a month now since ordering this product. Fedex just added a couple days more for them to deliver the merchandise. Worst experience ever! Please if you can, keep off wholesalecables.com they are a hoax. Never to be trusted. I’m still waiting. I even bought and received a similar product from somewhere else. Can’t even write a review on their website. Because they know they are a mess.
