Chris has been taking care of my mountain bikes for nearly four years, and is kind, responsive, and quick to help with literally everything — from new bikes to brakes to tunes to just straight up advice.

I won't go anywhere else.

Nothing, but positive comments can be given about this local multi sport company here in the heart of the White Mountains of NH. I met this team a few years ago - driving by saw a sign regarding back country skiing and that is where it all started. The shop reminds me of some of the little shops I used to go to when I lived in Europe. I’ve been skiing, running and biking in the backcountry for over 30 years and never been able to find the gear I actually wanted locally and always having to obtain from over seas / online stores and other corporate entities, these guys are like minded and have all the quality gear that you usually only find in the mountains of Europe or in the western part of the USA. It’s quite nice to have this locally owned shop in my back yard. They’re all great athletes that actually use the gear so you know it works or they won’t sell it. If you are looking for something they don’t carry, my experience has been they order it for me. A shop in Jackson NH that basically will customize for whatever works for you as an individual. They also carry a great selection of nutritional needs running gear that is again the best around. I stopped in there bike shop the other day in there new location and they have it all. I seriously can’t think of any other shop like this on the east coast. It’s truly a one stop shop for serious outdoor recreationalist. Keep up the positive vibes - cheers to Andrew, Hilary, Monte, Greg, Spencer and Chris! Oh and you can’t forget Mr. Squall and his padawan.
