I searched for certain dates for our stay, and somehow different dates were booked. When I tried to change it or get a refund, because I was not able to go on the days it was booked, the manager, Meredith Properties, as well as Whimstay were not accommodating at all. I was aware the reservation was non-refundable, but I didn't worry about it because I was sure we were going on the dates I put in the search. However, they told me nothing could be done, I couldn't even switch dates to another time that was possible for me to go out there. Their only suggestion was "don't you have a friend or family member that would want to go? Or I could just cancel it, but it's still non-refundable." I lost $900 because a company wasn't willing to do the right thing and work with me on dates. I would have happily gone to the same property at another time, but they refused. I will not be using Whimstay for any future bookings.

Location of the condo was awesome. if you like a hotel atmosphere, this place is for you. The place for me was a little confiding for I like more space. Having a pool there was nice for after the beach.

Loved our stay! Communication was great and very easy to understand how to access apartment and the rules. Very fast response when we had questions. Such a comfortable space with so much room to spread out with a great space to hang out together as well. Would absolutely recommend and will be staying again.

Had the pleasure of working with Deja on a host issue. The communication from Whimstay is unrivaled and very professional. Chose whimstay over companies due to the pricing, it was by far cheapest and will gladly use them in the future.

Nice secluded cabin exactly what we were looking for. Early entry was appreciated, the only negative is this cabin could really use some updated furniture. It was not comfortable (the Futon) to sit on. I would have put the wicker furniture in the home and smaller outdoor furniture on the deck. Just me, I am always decorating at places we stay with my mind.

Had a fantastic stay at this lovely mountain condo! The location is perfect—peaceful and scenic, yet just a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg, Ober Mountain, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze, and the cozy living area with a fireplace and smart TV was great for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, in-unit washer and dryer, and the private balcony with beautiful wooded views.
The setting was quiet and serene, with easy parking and a safe, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-stocked home base in Gatlinburg. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

I booked through Whimstays and was a little bit hesitant about it. However Deja from their support, was super supportive of the whole process and quelled all of my doubts. Even before I booked she was answering as much questions as she could and was extremely responsive. However, there was an issue on the host side so the booking never went fully through. They gave me a full refund and was extremely friendly, and apologetic during the entire process even though it wasn't their fault.

Great little spot for us in Brooklyn NY. We had one small issue getting in but all good after that. And there are two 1/2 fairly steep sets of stairs to manage every time coming or going. Parking can be a challenge also.
But very well done!
