Purchased the account, forwarded the login, and took a step back. I merely asked that you not overtrade the account. They didn’t, to be honest. There were no forced entries, huge lots or chasing targets; everything made sense. The growth was steady but it took some time. Definitely a 5 star experience so far. No violations with IP address rules. Was interesting how they only traded EURUSD. Love their hedging risk management. Reached 10% with only a 1.5% drawdown for the challenge. My first payout with FTMO was just over $5000 on a 100k account.

Before contacting the company, I reviewed feedback on Trust Pilot to get help with my prop firm challenge. I contacted the company on March 14th and filled out the initial inquiry form. I received a response on March 16th asking me if I was still interested. I told them I was. On March 17th I paid $250 to begin my 50k challenge pass. Things were going well.

On April 2nd I received a notice from the Challenge account company that their broker changed. I assumed this would cause an issue with my challenge, so I contacted We Pass Challenges on April 2nd to provide the new broker information, so the challenge could continue. I sent additional emails on April 9th with the updated broker information. I sent another email on April 11th. Also on April 16th. Still no response. My challenge is frozen at this point. I decided to write the company a letter based on the address from the website.
As of today the United States Postal Service still shows it as being “Forwarded” but not delivered.
This is my last ditch effort to at least get help for the issue or at least caution other traders. If an issue arises from what I’ve experienced there’s no support. Leaving reviews isn’t something I normally do, but hopefully it spares someone else the same fate.

This company took on my 100K FTMO Prop firm (2-step challenge) in Feb 2025. After one month of trading, the first step challenge failed. My FTMO challenge account got blown unfortunately, in March 2025. I then reached out and requested a refund of the service charge I paid to this company ($400) as stated clearly on their website (" We would refund you if we don't pass your challenge").
The owner initially agreed on a Friday phone call ...saying "I will refund you early next week" he also sent me an email dated 29th March...saying: "Sorry my apologies. I guess there was a 5% drawdown breach on the account. I'll issue the refund early next week" (I still have this message in my inbox as evidence). "Next week" arrives, and he suddenly switches up on me, refusing to refund me, claiming he did not fail the challenge, despite FTMO providing receipts, Trade History, proof, and confirmation of the challenge breach, which he saw for himself. It was very clear that their 5% drawdown rule was breached. In my opinion, his sudden refusal to accept the failure was a ploy to NOT refund my money despite promising to do so initially. He insisted that I challenge and SUE FTMO????
I have integrity, and I wasn't going to ridicule myself when I knew the challenge TRULY failed. It's such a shame. I begged for my refund, but it all fell on deaf ears.
Courtesy of "WE PASS CHALLENGES" I lost the $561 paid for my FTMO challenge. I also lost the $400 service charge paid to this company. In total, I have lost a total sum of $961.00.
This experience has left me distressed, in tears, feeling hurt and CHEATED. Lesson Learnt! A WORD IS ENOUGH FOR THE WISE. TRUST PILOT: I am happy to verify my experience above with proof and evidence. Update: 17th May 2025- It's now about a month since company responded (below) to my review, requesting that I provide my wallet address details for refund. I immediately sent my wallet address same day via email. Got no response. I tried a second time. still No response till date . Was this response just for damage control? I dealt with a representative of the company, who claimed to be the owner- Micheal Harding. you haven't lived up to your own words. I hope no one else falls victim to this.
