My family parked here for a cruise
My family parked here for a cruise. Drop off wasn't so hectic but pick up was HORRIBLE!!! They only had 2 vans picking up hundreds of people. It took over an hour for the 1st van to arrive. We were told that the other van would be pulling up within the next minute or two. Good thing part of our group got on the 1st van and went to get cars because the second van never arrived. We will never use WeParkin again!!! Not enough vans/drivers.

Zero clear direction on where to be…
Zero clear direction on where to be picked up after our cruise from the Miami port. We were given a yellow piece of paper that had very limited info and the info on there told us to walk to picnic tables but there are no picnic tables at the port… we ended up having to get an Uber after circling for 20 mins. No way to contact anyone. Number on the paper took me to voicemail. Experience was good getting there but even that, no clear signage from outside that the garage was We Park Miami. Wish I just paid more and parked at the port. Won’t do this again.

Scam site
The app does not give the address to the parking garage. Once I found a close address I could not find the shuttle to the ship. No clear signs for parking and no one would answer the phone to help. Horrible experience and ended up parking at the port and wasting money. Worst experience ever as this appears to be a scam.

Don’t use this company!
We missed the first van for pickup. They said 25 minutes for the next one. With repeated phone calls we ended up taking a taxi with other people after 2 hours. Their sister van company came through 5 times. They kept lying about a van coming.

No Shuttle for Return Trip
When we arrived, it wasn't clear how to check in. We waited in line awhile before deciding to walk around and see if there was an official place to check in. The wait for the shuttle to the boat was longer than anticipated, so we were late for our boarding time. Then on the way back, we couldn't find a single shuttle so we had to walk a mile to public transportation and then was a few blocks to the garage.

The worst experience, it’s a shame
that no one can keep them liable for treating customer like that. 2 hrs wait is not an exaggeration, very true and expected. had to get an Uber both pick up and drop off.

Avoid this lo, no security as advertised
Wish I could leave a negative review. Parked at this lot based on their advertising of security cameras and on site security. No shuttle to be found when I got off ship, so had to walk to parking lot. Called over 25 times with no answer
Likely they were avoiding calls as more than 10 vehicles were broken into, including ours.
Got to my truck and saw driver window smashed. I found there were already police at the lot, and cop confirmed already 10 vehicles broken into, on several levels, and more were damaged.
If you have security how can someone break into so many vehicles on several levels.
Their claim to have good security cannot be trusted, and they ignored all calls that morning, now I know why.
