I filed a complaint with Wells Fargo…
I filed a complaint with Wells Fargo after my international wire was returned due to a missing IBAN — even though their platform doesn’t allow entering one. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for the issue. I’ll be closing my accounts and moving to a bank that values its customers. #WellsFargo #WireTransferFail #BankingFrustration #CustomerServiceMatters

Dispute
Wells Fargo customer service is the worst due to poor communication and I will never recommend them for anything. I disputed two transactions, and for weeks Wells Fargo kept requesting documents to find out 8 weeks after filing my disputes that my disputes were denied a week after filing the original dispute. Very disappointed with their lack/poor of communication.

Wells Fargo still criminals
Approximately two weeks ago I was checking my accounts and I discovered some fraudulent charges that were made through my debit card number. I alerted a rep at the Wells Fargo offshore call center to this and was given the script of how serious they take this and on and on but here I am going on 3 weeks now and it just shows the status on both of my fraud reports as opened and nothing more. One of them I had to reopen without explanation for it not staying opened because I didn't close it and I have received no updates or info from anyone at Wells Fargo. Some of these fraudulent charges like for Disney plus and Uber eats or places I've never used or had an account for of ever used in the past or even know anybody that uses it and somehow it says "authorized purchase" Well who in the hell authorized it. It sure wasn't me. My card has been in my wallet at all times except to make purchases. One of the reasons I open my account with Wells Fargo which will be the third time in 20 years is due to their promoting their zero liability debit and credit cards. However, as I've rudely discovered this was nothing more than lies and a marketing ploy for which Wells Fargo is known for. I add that when I opened my one checking account somehow four opened which meant four statements four debit cards and all of that but I was at least able to get the other ones closed and the cards deactivated but once again something shady was going on with Wells Fargo. You would think that by now being that they've been fined untold millions and sanctioned and penalized and put on probation that they would be making some effort to at least pretend to be a reputable bank but this apparently is not the case and probably never will be. Crooked is as crooked does as crooked remains.

Put hold on Check without notice
Let a large check clear, then put a hold on it without even notifying me. They need two weeks to verify a signature, not acceptable. No urgency to help escalate the issue. If you have to go into their bank, all the equipment such as fax machines, computers are outdated and they will request important documents for example “probate” account opening info multiple times because they do not communicate within their staff. Just close and automate all banks, these people are not educated or helpful.

No help with fraud on my account
Been with them since they were Wachovia. Some fraud was on my account and they couldn't help me dispute them nor did anything period. Over 20 years on my loyalty and nothing suspicious on my account till now and I was left in the mudd. Hopefully this bank will close down for this type of "business" being ran. I'm definitely closing my accounts with them. All of them. I wish I could give no stars

Wells Fargo abruptly closed my checking…
Wells Fargo abruptly closed my checking and savings account of TWENTY YEARS, according to them because I had a mailing address on file and not a physical address. They have returned my funds via cashier's check to an address that I don't have access anymore. Customer Service were adamant that the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances and the funds must be returned via cashier's check ONLY. And I have to wait 15-days to call back and request the current cashier's check to be canceled, which may take another week to clear, and re-issue new cashier's cheeks. All this for not having a physical address? It sounds suspicious to me. It is very inconvenience specially being a 20-year old customer. Defensively not recommending Wells Fargo, very unreliable business. Beware...

Wells Fargo misrepresents
Wells Fargo misrepresents! They claim you have a grace period; however, when I made a deposit via Zelle, they stated Zelle deposits do not count. Even though I had money in my account by the specified timeframe, they charged me, contradicting their assurances. Upon inquiry about where it states Zelle deposits are excluded, they could not provide an answer. Furthermore, because my transaction was conducted through checking instead of my debit card, I was deemed ineligible for the grace period—a detail that conflicts with the email I received from them, indicating I had a grace period. It's best to avoid Wells Fargo; they have little regard for their customers and seem to manipulate the rules concerning the grace period in order to impose overdraft fees. Even with sufficient funds in the account, they will still charge you.

This is the worst credit card issuer I…
This is the worst credit card issuer I have ever used. Wells Fargo has taken $2,000 from my checking account and is refusing to apply it to my Wells Fargo new credit card account. Absolutely unacceptable! Wells Fargo are acting unethically; I will never do business with this bank again. I will share my experience with millions of people online, file a formal complaint with the State of Illinois and the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, the Better Business Bureau, and I will possibly file a class action lawsuit. If they took my money, chances are they might do the same with millions of other people across the nation. It's time to put a stop to this behavior. Stay away from Wells Fargo!

After having been with bank for thirty…
After having been with bank for thirty five years and overlooking their terrible customer service and all their nonsense I have closed shop with them. Enough is enough! I asked for overdraft protection and they gave me a song and dance and told me to order a credit card of theirs. I told them not interested. So they said we can not issue overdraft protection. So I said politely please close my account and please issue a check for $50,000 now so I can go across the street where they will pay me to open an account. The worst bank is Wells and they deserve the worst reviews.

Loss & Prevention Dept. Sucks!
This has been one of the most frustrating banking experiences I’ve ever had. I contacted Wells Fargo’s Loss & Prevention department to ask about a check they’re holding until July 7., essentially keeping my funds hostage with no clear explanation. The customer service was shockingly rude. I was constantly interrupted, not allowed to finish a sentence, and was even hung up on. It felt like they had zero interest in actually helping or even listening. I understand the need for fraud prevention, but the lack of communication and basic courtesy is unacceptable. Wells Fargo seriously needs to retrain this department or reevaluate how they treat their customers. Completely disappointed.

I am going threw some much right now…
I am going threw some much right now with my account being compromised and tons of money being taken out and they say I can’t get credit because of how many transactions were made at once even after I reported fraud the day before and got my account number changed the representative didn’t even cancel my card and left it open to more money being taken out and then my direct deposit is missing after my job send it to the bank now I have no choice but to wait to see if the pending transaction reversa this is very concerning to have to take my money out because I don’t feel safe and and forced to have to wait for my money that was taken out after I told them about fraud on my account

Bait and switch
Free checks was one of the benefits Wells Fargo used to trick me into creating an account and setting up direct deposits. Now, they want to charge me 50¢ each to buy paper checks. I guess they're trying to recover from all of those fines they had to pay for being frauds.

Wells Fargo BEWARE!! Company is a scam
ells Fargo decided to close my bank account because they said I submitted to valid claims. They said, even though the claims were valid because it was submitted within one year of being a customer they decided to completely close my account without notice. Spoke to customer service, claims department, fraud department, escalation department, and they said that even though they did not find any problem regarding my account. They decided to completely close my account keep my money and they said that the claims were valid but because it happened in a short period of time they decide to close my account. Wells Fargo bank is a scam. Do not trust them do not put money in their account. They will find ways to keep your money. They will find ways to ruin your and fame your character they cannot be trusted. The escalation department and fraud department stated that the claims are valid but because there were two claims submitted in a short period of time they decided to close the account. It is ridiculous that there is evidence about something that happened and for a company to say that an account is being closed, even though nothing wrong happened. It’s ridiculous.

Has anyone ever thought about the banks…
Has anyone ever thought about the banks wells Fargo owns? Look it up. And why those banks are on the outs. Think about this whacky thought...how far down that well are you willing to go before you sink in septic debt.

Wells fargo
Now I've never had a problem until all this bullshit that I went through happened. My debit card that I lost I called you guys up to get a replacement and I never got it. Now why is that? Is it because you were involved in this whole mess and wanted me to commit suicide too? Huh? I guess so. And just so you know that will NEVER happen and was never going to happen. I was a very loyal customer to you guys and I won't be banking with you guys in the future because of this good job👏

Wells Fargo protects criminals!
DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO! Wells Fargo does not cooperate with police in investigations! There is a person located near the Wells FArgo bank located at 776 Tahoe Blvd. INCLINE VILLAGE NEVADA that had created a falsified bank account for a Automotive Dealership in New Hampshire.
The criminal had performed wire fraud by interacting with my company and stealing almost $3000 from us by pretending to be the dealership looking to collect on our account. Upon learning that the bank account that had received the money did not belong to the dealership, we filed charges with our local Police department in Massachusetts.
The detective then applied for and was granted a warrant for the information of the person who opened the bank account. Upon forwarding the warrant to Wells Fargo in INCLINE VILLAGE NEVADA told the detective that he had not given enough information to them for the warrant.
The detective had to use other resources to find the criminals information.

Worst customer service I've ever received.
Went in to open an account. I had one there many years ago, but the customer service was terrible so I had closed it. But I knew they had locations all over, so thought it might be useful. Was told I'd need to make an appointment to come back some other time, it wasn't convenient for them to open one with out an appointment. So I went next door and opened an account at a bank without terrible customer service
