Wellfound has wonderful website that can make your search very specific if you are interested in tech and startups. I have used their site multiple times and applied to many jobs. Their tools and site are top notch!

There are a lot of job boards/ job websites out there but I can honestly say this one is one of the best! The jobs that are recommended are actually relevant and the platform is very intuitive.

Solid platform for tech startup opportunities, though I didn’t land a position. Most openings are in the tech sector with equity compensation outlined - a major plus. The startup selection is impressive and the interface is clean and easy to navigate.
While I didn’t secure a job through the platform, the quality and transparency of postings sets it apart from traditional job boards. Worth using as part of a broader job search if you’re interested in startup culture and tech roles.

It's a good website for finding openings for new startups and remote jobs, especially. However, if the company can help us connect with the recruiter or provide the status of the application, that would be a great help!

These days, there are too many job search platforms, and honestly, many of them seem more interested in collecting and selling candidate data than actually helping people find work. Even on LinkedIn, I’ve noticed that a lot of job listings redirect you to external sites that require yet another account just to apply.

That’s why I appreciate Wellfound. The candidate onboarding process is refreshingly straightforward — no extra hoops to jump through, no third-party redirects. Your data stays on their platform, and the experience feels designed with job seekers in mind.

Wellfound is one of the best platforms I’ve used for finding roles at startups. The interface is clean, applications are straightforward, and I love that you can see salary and equity ranges upfront—such a game changer! I've had genuine conversations with founders and hiring managers, and it feels more human and transparent compared to traditional job boards.

It’s especially helpful if you’re looking for remote or early-stage opportunities. Just be patient—some roles get a lot of applicants, and not every company responds quickly. But overall, I’ve had a positive experience and would recommend it to anyone looking to break into the startup world.

I've used the site in the past when it was Angel's List and had good response from companies that have been Y-Combinator graduates. It is a great service, easy to use and the response can be very positive from hiring companies 90% of the time. I trust that the hiring companies are coming back to look at the results and responds to the candidates and I hope that the service continues to grow in service to those looking for new positions.
