I paid for an elite-level trainer at Colorado Athletic Club and was not given a trainer of that tier. The trainer I was assigned missed a session without notice and then quit before completing all of my sessions. When I asked for a credit toward my membership dues in place of the incomplete training—as a way to stay with the club rather than cancel—management refused, despite the poor service and lack of follow-through. Very disappointing experience and not what I expected from a club of this caliber.
