Abysmal.

A genuine scam.

Bought a welder watch and took out the 48 month warranty. Within 3 months it had stopped working and one of the digits on the dial had fallen off.

After MULTIPLE attempts to contact the company via email, phone and social media (over a couple months of trying) they’ve never even had the courtesy to reply.

Emails are ignored, social media messages are read but also ignored. Phones aren’t answered.

The single worst customer service experience I have ever had... and it would appear that the product is poorly made and cheap given the faults!

Avoid at all costs!

We ordered the watch in May. Had to remind them in June. It's the last week of August and we are still waiting for the refund despite actively reminding them. The courier says they didn't have my address from the sender in the first place, which they had to ask for from Welder. The watch never left the customs in Spain. The courier said it's because the paperwork wasn't proper. When I ask customer service at Welder, the blame is always on me. I paid for the watch 3 months ago, no watch nor refund.
