Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!
Abysmal.
A genuine scam.
Bought a welder watch and took out the 48 month warranty. Within 3 months it had stopped working and one of the digits on the dial had fallen off.
After MULTIPLE attempts to contact the company via email, phone and social media (over a couple months of trying) they’ve never even had the courtesy to reply.
Emails are ignored, social media messages are read but also ignored. Phones aren’t answered.
The single worst customer service experience I have ever had... and it would appear that the product is poorly made and cheap given the faults!
Avoid at all costs!
