I switched to this time tracker app after leaving Upwork because of how much they were taking from my freelancers’ pay. I’ve been really happy with it so far. It’s easy to review hours, and the screenshot tool gives me peace of mind. Thanks to Goharik from customer support has been super helpful and responsive in guiding me through the app. Highly recommend if you're managing freelancers and want a simple, effective way to track work.

I’ve been using Webwork for more than 2 years now, and it’s been consistently reliable for my needs as a remote company. Over time, they’ve rolled out a lot of improvements, things like multi-device support, activity tracking, screenshots, white label and detailed productivity reports have made it easier to manage a distributed team.
What I like is that it covers all the core features you’d expect from a time tracking and project management tool, but without being too heavy or complicated. It works well across devices, the dashboard is simple to use, and reports are easy to export when needed.
They’ve definitely grown fast, new features keep getting added, which is a good sign. That said, one issue I’ve noticed is that they don’t always inform users clearly when a new feature launches or when something changes in the interface. This can sometimes be confusing or cause small disruptions, especially if you’re in the middle of a workflow. But honestly, it’s not a big deal, once you get used to it, things smooth out.
Overall, it’s a solid tool for freelancers, teams, and companies working remotely. Webwork does the job, keeps improving, and hasn’t let me down.

We recently switched to WebWork from another time tracker, and overall, it's been a great move. The desktop version is super intuitive—real-time monitoring and activity levels give us good insights without feeling too invasive. It definitely helps keep the team on track. That said, the mobile app could use some improvement. It’s not as smooth or user-friendly as the desktop version, and the interface feels a bit clunky at times. Still, for desktop use, it’s one of the best we’ve tried.
