I've been doing business with webstrant for 20 years and 11 restaurants, I placed an order on 6/16 /25 for a 1700.00 coffee brewer and canceled it 3 hours later. The unit was still in the warehouse. I called the customer service center and they told me that when the unit was returned by there own shipping company I would be issued a refund, now it's a store credit. So it doesn't matter that I've been a loyal customer.

We purchased equipment from Webstaurant that was shipped by common carrier. The carrier was required to call our local person before delivery. The carrier did call, our person missed the call, and when he called back same day was unable to reach anyone. Instead, the carrier got permission from Webstaurant to have the shipment returned. We ended up paying for return shipping and, to add insult to injury, a 20% restocking fee. We will never purchase from this company again.

Title: Disappointed with customer service and delays
I placed an order for my food truck business and waited over a week with no clear update. Suddenly, I was told my order was canceled without warning — that’s very unprofessional. I never received the emails they claimed were sent. If I’m ordering for a business, there should be better communication and support. I hope they improve their customer service.

Product that came was junk. Had to jump through hoops to return. 20% restock fee for JUNK. I took store credit so they only kept the original shipping fee plus the return shipping fee. Never buy from them again!

This is a great company! Excellent pricing on many items, and expensive on a few as well. It is unfortunate that they charge $99 a month if you join their free shipping program. Because of that fact alone, it is hard to maintain a membership with them. Not all of us are large corporations who can benefit from that option. Some of us have small companies with much smaller and less frequent orders. I love the company, but I cant keep a membership at that cost.

When ordering from this vendor, we have found that they are not truthful about actual stock levels. They will indicate something is in stock, actually knowing that it isn't. You won't know that until 2 business days after you place your order. Our experience was we originally selected next day shipping and their site says usually ships in one day. So, two days later they send a communication that the item wasn't in stock and it wouldn't ship until August from manufacture. So we cancelled the order as we didn't and couldn't wait that long. Two weeks later, they are still advertising the item in stock and when I contacted support to see if the item had come back into stock early, they confirmed that it was "not in stock, but we keep not in stock items in our warehouse as in stock on our site". Very dishonest!
