Hello Jose, As we had advised earlier, we were prepared to file a claim with USPS on your behalf if your package had not arrived by 12/31/24 as we had mentioned in prior communication. However, it appears that a claim has already been submitted directly by you, which you confirmed via email, this unfortunately prevents us from filing an additional claim on your behalf due to USPS policy. We are more than willing and have been working with you but we're still waiting on your end for the results of the claim.

Shipment was dropped at street, not anywhere near the house. I'm surprised I even saw it let alone was able to retrieve it.
In the 24 years that I live here I have never gotten a package delivered within 200 ft of this one. Plus no one notified me it was delivered. Just pure luck that I got it. Shipper should be fired

The products I ordered are of a high quality. Also, the customer service i received after submitting my order impressed me. The woman I spoke with (I wish I could remember her name) was very kind and very helpful, so much so to where she actually helped modify my order because I selected an incorrect part for my setup. If I order anything further for my setup, I will be using CB World.
