Loved the mission and idea of W2W, sadly but not good for regular people
I started Ways2Well about a year and a half ago after hearing about it on the Joe Rogan show. I loved the concept of it, however, I'm giving up on it today. They need to just get their s*** together. Let's start with a little annoyances... before every appointment you had to fill out a questionnaire, which okay, I understand you need to make sure that you're up-to-date on medications and supplements, etc. But you have to retype these in every time! You can't just click that you're still using something or edit an existing list, you have to type out every medication and every supplement and the dosage details every single questionnaire before you can book your appointment. I guess they decided to change that up so now before an appointment I had to fill out my whole entire profile again, including full medical history and uploading a picture - though I've already done well this over a year ago. I was told that this would be the last time I would need to do this, but the thing is, I've been waiting for an appointment five weeks now. For some reason, they also decided to change where you get labs saying that I could only go to LabCorp now. I do not know why but LabCorp takes 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to process blood work while Quest Diagnostics only takes a week. So waiting five weeks for an appointment may not seem like a lot but when you're having issues, it's a long time. And I messaged W2W a few times to share my concern on these issues, but they just say we need to wait for your labs to be 100% complete. At one point I made a more urgent push as I was concerned about anemia and some other issues and they released my partial lab results. It pretty much was the full labs except for a few missing areas. I honestly don't know why they couldn't have just made the appointment then. But at least then I was able to see how out of whack some of my numbers were and I just made an appointment with my local doctor. They were able to see me right away and we're very concerned about my lab results and said I was in critical clinical hypothyroidism - my TSH was 79. I shared with them that I was on a pork thyroid through W2W - a customized compound. They asked to see further history of my thyroid labs, which I shared with them. And you could see since late of 2024 through now, this increase in my TSH that should've been addressed. W2W just left me on the same dosage while all my symptoms got worse. I can only come to one conclusion at this point. W2W is great if if you're Joe Rogan or a celebrity that can spend a lot of money there. I'm sure they get priority and plenty of attention, but if you're just an average person interested in nontraditional health solutions and looking to avoid the BS of medical costs and insurance, sad to say W2W is not the solution it was made out to be. W2W's systems are antagonizing at best, this includes their staff that cannot actually address the human being behind the profile, and ultimately I am worse off health-wise than when I started their program.

YOUNG MEN LISTEN
I didn’t think when I was 26 I would have so many injuries and a multitude of biomarkers out of range. I thought I was “too young to have any problems”. I decided to go to Ways2Well for a closer look at the symptoms I was experiencing that were effecting my day to day life.
Boy was I shocked. I had quite a few levels that were not even close to optimal. My provider helped understand what each level meant and how it could play a part in what I was experiencing. After utilizing the treatment plan I was prescribed for 3 months, my follow up visit showed massive improvement to my health. And my provider communicated how awesome it was to have been able to accomplish this in such a short amount of time.
I also utilized their services for Human Derived Cellular Tissue. At 26 my knees were in so much pain from being active all my life, my T-Spine and C-Spine were in constant pain every day from a car accident and athletic accident, and I recently got diagnosed with tendinitis in BOTH of my shoulders. Ouch.
After just 7 weeks from my quick and easy procedure with Ways2Well, my knees feel 100% again even in an athletic setting. The tendinitis in my shoulders has recovered significantly, my lower back/T-spine pain is GONE, and my neck has felt better than it ever has. Understand I’ve tried so many avenues to heal my injuries/conditions and nothing has ever stuck. I have all the foam rollers, massage guns, orthopedic pillows, anti inflammatory products, have tried chiropractic services for a number of months and still was in the same spot. You begin to lose hope after some years.
Ways2Well is such a blessing. I didn’t know they would make “getting better” so easy, so affordable, so available, and have what seems to be the perfect staff to communicate with every step along the way.

Seems like a scam, stay away
Can I give zero stars? A patient of mine used this company and from what I can tell was told very false medical information and was administered an incredibly expensive test that is NOT FDA approved for cancer screening in the way it was used. I would stay away from this company. I have concerns. I am a physician.

I recommend looking elsewhere.
I had the full comprehensive panel to see how I am going health wise but also to start targeting HRT. For reference I am a 48 year old female, 5'7" and 132lbs.
I had no symptoms other than minor premenopausal (ie, weight gain, fatigue, loss of motivation, quality of sleep, muscle aches)
My 'review' came back that I was pre-diabetic (their reading for pre-diabetes is A1c Hemoglobin 5.7 - I was 5.8)
My 'weight gain' is 'most likely because of PCOS' (I do not have PCOS) and I was subscribed subcutaneous Tesamorelin without explanation. (I did not take after research and a second opinion from an actual Doctor)
When you try to contact them (via the portal which is the only option) it will take days for a response and it will be from a person you have never dealt with. Their responses are short and belligerent. The person I had the initial consultation with, I have never heard from again.
I took my lab results to a physician who told me that there was nothing alarming about the results, and that they were in fact unremarkable.
I was prescribed HRT via a different company, who actually respond, amend dosage and cater to individual needs.
For anyone reading I would implore you to do some research on the various options out there for HRT. Do not go for some unwarranted overhyped company that treats you like garbage as soon as you have signed on.

Poor Customer Service
Your lab records are not available to see only what the doctor tells you to do and medicine or "supplements" to take. I have called several times, left messages and no one calls back. Their customer service is always unavailable. I don't know if I can trust a company that has a machine asking if I can be helped and a human wont call back. I get is the future but my health should be their priority with the amount of money I pocket out to be helped.

Exceptional Recruitment Experience with W2W and Felix De La Riva
I recently had the pleasure of working with Felix De La Riva from W2W and I can confidently say the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
From our initial conversation, Felix was professional, communicative, and genuinely interested in aligning my skills and career goals with the right opportunity. They provided timely updates, offered constructive interview preparation tips, and were always available to answer my questions.
The company itself, W2W, demonstrated a high level of organization and professionalism throughout the hiring process. The interviewers were respectful and well-prepared, and the entire process was efficient and transparent.
What truly stood out was the personal attention and care I received. Felix De La Riva not only ensured I felt supported at every step, but they also followed up post-placement to check on my satisfaction in the role — a rare but highly appreciated gesture.
I highly recommend Felix and W2W to anyone seeking a seamless and respectful recruitment experience.

So you either have a great experience…
So you either have a great experience with w2w or a really awful experience. I can say I’ve had a very pleasant experience and I have no complaints. I did comprehensive bloodwork in February and I got in to see a provider within 2 weeks. I’ve been working closely with her on my health bc I knew something was wrong after paying for a personal trainer for a year and there was 0 progress in weight loss. That’s when I turned to w2w and after my bloodwork, it all made sense. These were tests my PCP said he couldn’t do bc insurance wouldn’t cover. And then the ones he could do, everything came back normal. W2w results showed me the big picture and I’m finally getting a hold on my health. If they did ever make mistakes, they took swift action to fix them and I don’t feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. Based on my bloodwork it was recommended for me to do the microbiome test, which is another $500 and I didn’t feel like I was pressured. I haven’t purchased that because I am doing other things for now. But I know I will if I feel I need to later. I’m so thankful for w2w in helping me alongside this journey

Updated, they are better.
I am amending my Review.
Customer service reached out to me and helped me out. Their price for the other Peptide I was interested in was great so I gave them a 2nd chance. The communication was still slow, but I will give them another shot.
A complete waste of money from start to finish. It took almost 4 weeks to get a "consultation" scheduled. I paid nearly $600 for blood work I could have gone through my insurance for, only to have a generic "consultation". And OMG, their price for BPC-157 is OUTRAGEOUS! $1500 for a 72 day supply. And good luck getting any reasonable response times from your “Provider”. This company is a complete rip-off unless you have money falling out of your pockets.

Don't work for them. They screw you on your time
Was supposed to have an interview with a recruiter name Lily Taylor, and she had to reschedule our interview 4 minutes prior to the time of the meeting. In that message, she said for me to email her times that work best, and she never responded back! Very unprofessional on her end and also her representing the company speaks volume on the company's policies!

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Very unprofessional. No response from them after paying allot of money. I’ve asked for a refund I’ll see if I get or I’ll take legal action. Joe Rogan shouldn’t be recommending this scam.

Bloodwork
I’ve been looking for answers to my health issues for so long and honestly ways2well was my last effort. I can finally say that I found answers to concerns and have never experienced a consult with a provider like this before. My provider was so personable and really made a treatment plan focused on my goals. I truly hav enjoyed this experience!

I got my results back just a week after…
I got my results back just a week after doing the bloodwork. I’ve had bloodwork done before, but honestly, I never really understood what most of it meant. The W2W app made a big difference—the built-in AI assistant explained all the markers in simple terms, what they mean, and what I can do to improve them.
I also had a short consult with an RN who helped fine-tune my protocol. I’m currently 30 days away from my 90-day check-in, and based on how I feel, I’m guessing my next round of bloodwork will show clear improvement.
Between some supplements I wasn’t previously aware of, a few dietary adjustments, and one prescription, I’ve noticed better energy, improved mood, and some physical changes as well. I’m excited to see what kind of results I’ll have long-term.
Highly recommend Ways2Well—the app is excellent, the staff is super knowledgeable and helpful, and most importantly, I just feel better.

10 years off my biological age
Did diagnostics and was able to get my testosterone from 400 to 1200 with natural methods. Absolutely phenomenal results and experience end to end. Was able to reduce my biological age by 10 years in one year.

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service. I ordered their sleep supplement which comes with a full 30 day money back guarantee. The supplement didn't work and I returned it per instructions. Three weeks later, still no refund. I have had one text message back saying they are looking into it. I do not recommend this company, although the owner sounds very genuine, follow up is completely unacceptable.

For the past three years
For the past three years, I have been paying and wasting money on consultations, lab testing, and pharmacy expenses. Three doctors have been changed during this period, and yesterday, a new doctor told me that I have not been treated correctly. My testosterone optimization treatment has not been optimized, and what was done previously was not right. I complained and said I followed the doctors' instructions, but the feedback was that it is the previous doctors' fault. I should start spending more money and begin new blood testing. This is absolutely an unprofessional!

Helped me so much!
I have done my blood work with them twice and they were able to detect a MAJOR issue I was having with my digestive system. They advised me to do a G.I. map and a methylation test which completely changed my life! I was able to detect MTHFR breaks keeping me from absorbing B vitamins as well as bacteria growths in my GI system. Totally changed my life!! I will always go to them for my blood work.
