Scammers and fraudsters. It is May 2025 and I am still waiting for my watch that was sent in for repairs in July 2024. Bare minimum communication, lots of radio silence and empty promises. Again, STAY AWAY!!

I sent a working watch for a simple battery installation/change and they claimed the entire "movement part" needed replaced for $300+ . Basically I paid $70 shipping there and back for nothing.

What an unbelievably bad service
What an unbelievably bad service. Honestly I'm in awe of their incompetence. I sent a recently purchased Tudor Black Bay to them as I had scratched the bezel and they communicated they would have access to genuine Tudor parts. A week later I get an email saying technician has communicated with Tudor and await their response. Next week I follow-up and get the same response. After 4 weeks of this I said, "if the technician can't get a price quote from Tudor by end of month, please return my watch". They responded they would do so. A week later I receive a repair request for $1250 to overhaul my watch. Unbelievable.....I wanted a bezel and clasp - I did not ask them for an overhaul price. They totally ignored what my request was for and charged me $88 to have my watch returned. I give everybody a chance as I understand how people can get busy but "incompetence" I don't think so. Stay as far away as you can.

scam artists.....don't use them
scam artists.....don't use them. I sent my husband's citizen skyhawk watch in with clear instructions to just repair/replace a missing crown. Also wrote that it had been at another citizen service department just a few months prior. I was clear, i only wanted a new crown. I didn't need a new "battery" as it had one, I didn't need it serviced as it just had one a few months prior. I only wanted what i asked for. When the bill estimate was given to me, they added a long list of prices for odd things (servicing/battery (capacitor), gasket, and on and on. The cost came to just under $600 for a 14 yr old watch worth about 150.... Then after declining, of course, had to pay $20 to get it back. (way more costly than actual shipping cost for a little watch package). I am VERY unhappy with this company and DO NOT recommend them at all. Clearly they are scammers....trying to get money out of me for unnecessary work in my case...BEWARE!

Sent in my father's 1960 era Baylor…
Sent in my father's 1960 era Baylor watch for service. Quote for a complete service and crystal replacement was $493.00. I have only worn the watch for approximately 60 hours and it stopped working. Local watch repair shop opened it up.
Screw holding down the manual wind gear came off and gear plus screw free floating in the case. In addition, the watch is missing the two case screws which hold the movement down to the case and the crown stem is rusted. The didn't even replace the spring bars, they left the old rusted ones in place.
I complained and the company replied "watch is out of warranty, not our problem". They should have made sure the screw was tightened. They should have put new case screws in. They should have replaced the crown stem and crown.
Do not send your watch to these crooks. Go local, find someone honest who you can trust.

I had a watch from my deceased dad about 15 years ago by Panerai watch as a gift of my birthday last year on January 2022 I send a watch for replace battery and service they send me estimate for $1200 for service and change the battery and I paid 1052 and I send my watch with FedEx Signature required to them it’s been over a year I still don’t have my watch they lost my watch and they said they shipped it and they did not insure my watch and they’re claiming the watch was lost and UPS paid them $100 and my contract and the estimate they indicate the watch is going to be signature required and $5000 insurance which they did not include the insurance I keep calling maybe over 100 times called email nobody respond. They totally ignored me they frustrated me and they emotionally stress me so much, finally I had to file a small claim court And claim my watch and the owner for $14,000 watch which is same watch right now is over 8500 they offer me $3000 if you have something valuable or sentimental, do never do not send it to them because you never get your watch back and if they lose it, they will not take responsibility. Just ignore you. This company are very Irresponsible and have the worst Customer Service and they don’t care about your personal sentimental value. Anything I research in Google and I saw over hundreds of the same situation and complaints Just like me. So be aware and be smart and don’t ever trust them.

Three repairs without repair.
Three repairs. Not fixed. After last return the front minute dial fell off. Still does not function properly. Scratched case. First repair service in 50 years. No reason for scratched case.

Horrible company
Horrible company. Dishonest and a scam. I could write a page about how worthless the people and company are, but they aren’t worth a bucket of spit. WARNING! Don’t do business with Watch Repair USA

Mediocre and shabby
Making the mistake of believing a well-made website and, worst, a nice FB page, I made the error of sending my Zenith El Primero to have it adjusted as it was losing time dramatically. I knew that both arms (minutes/hours) were loose on their shaft and that the repairs had to be concentrated on this.
After receiving an estimate for $1394.50 I tried to discuss the items in details as, as said, only the parallelism of the hands had to be adjusted, watch having been gone thru service less than a year ago… no need to work on the self-winding mechanism or “cleaning the old oil”. Tired of the back and forth emails discussion with people just wanting to be right I gave up and paid the requested sum. The “we know everything” attitude was hard to deal with but I guess it is the millennial arrogance these days.
100 days after I received the watch and immediately notice that the date name was misaligned in its window and one day later had not changed.
Watch Repairs USA offered a warranty return which I will not do: testing the watch for 24h would have shown the problem (not existing prior!) and professional people should not have sent it back in this non-functioning mode; my, little, trust in this company is now gone.
I requested a 50% reimbursement which, of course, was denied so I will have now to take this matter to the Small Claims Court for the full amount + legal expenses.

Caveat Emptor
Did a Google search for Repairs Breitling and Watchrepairsusa.com came up. I was sent a form and a shipping label to send my watch in for inspection and repair and it had the Breitling Logo. Watchrepairsusa is NOT a Breitling Repair authorized company! Their work is not like that of Breitling and they did not do the wrok as contracted and paid for! Read their reviews BEFORE contemplating using their services.
