Discontinued item on display
I ordered the retro table clock. Then I was told that it is out of stock and it is a discontinued item. It is a disappointment as I really like the design of the clock. While the payment was fully refunded in US$ terms, I lost out on currency exchange in HK$ terms. I would suggest that your site be more vigilant with checking whether items are actually available and take them off your website if they are not.

Tried to buy an item
Tried to buy an item, website was down. Email and got short response. Tried to pay invoice with PayPal did not work. Got an email back from Coco saying if you don’t want it just leave it. Wanted it but could not get it. Rude emails.
