Don’t if you want to be safe

Every item i bought from WAA broke in a week. I bought the bag for MDS, it broke after two runs, i bought the sleepingbag for mds. The zipper broke after one day at MDS, i bought the long trousers. The wasteband snapped in an hour. They sell very poor products (sorry for saying). Lot of complains at MDS legendary from other users.

No customer service, do not buy items

They sent the wrong item and incorrect sizes. I went on to the website and created an account as instructed. Couldn't find my order as it was ordered prior to account creation. Chat is automated and only 9-5pm. Despite being on it at 4.45pm they are closed. Have sent several emails and had no response.

Also had to pay £56 in duty on items shipped which they did not inform me about.

They have no customer service

They have no customer service. We spent a lot on running equipment. They don’t respond at all to emails on any of the contact info or sales accounts or social media. They took our money and that’s it.

Just don't bother ordering direct

Ordered some kit from their website as there was a special on.

First order was dispatched then went "missing" although no explanation of how it went missing as their site was still saying wait to dispatch.

The redispatched a second time and again the order went "missing".

They then cancelled the order without discussion and stated I'd have to reorder, this is after the deal had completed.

Due to the above I cannot recommend them at all. Shame as the kit looks good.
